El Nido" Apartamento privado que le permite disfrutar de su estadía en una zona residencial "no turística" muy tranquila y segura. Podrás experimentar como vive un puertorriqueño en su día a día. Tiene garaje privado con portón eléctrico, terraza, BBQ privado y una hamaca donde podrán relajarse y pasarla bien. There is no TV, giving you the chance to unplug & relax. Spend the day at the beach or try one of the many restaurants & food trucks around. 10-15 minutes to the Premium Outlets, Walmart, Marshall's, and the Expreso 22 road. Note: We have 2 security cameras, one on each corner of the porch roof facing the driveway. They will be on during your stay.

It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

The airport and Old San Juan are only 15 mins. away from our place and there is access to Uber and public transportation. If you prefer to bring a car there is parking space in the street.
