Great weekend in a welcoming home with an amazing location. Everything was as described.

We had a great weekend in this house, it is very well located for walking to the lake, on a small beach. The area is very quiet and close to the bike path. The unit is very well equipped both in the kitchen and in the bathroom with basic necessities. Danny and Caro are very responsive and always reachable, which is very nice.

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

Jo and Anita's place was amazing! The dazzling garden! We spent our time enjoying the outdoors and walks straight from the house. The area is quiet and soothing. It's extremely well equipped for large families! Great stay! We'll come back without hesitation!

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

We had a pleasant time in the quiet and warmth of this private accommodation. Its description matches reality. Other highlights were the proximity to the store and free parking at the foot of the accommodation!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

The accommodation is beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful location. We had a pleasant stay, perfectly suitable for young children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back during an upcoming stay in the area. The host was responsive and available to answer our questions and give us valuable advice. Very well equipped!!

This is a really great apartment that I can 100% recommend. It corresponds exactly to the pictures, is very cozily furnished and offers everything you need (even for a longer stay). The area is super nice and at the same time quiet. There is a great bakery and a fruit and vegetable stand with regional products nearby. The beach is within walking distance. We had a really nice time in this apartment. The landlord Pierre is very friendly and quick to respond to messages. The communication was very quick. There was even a welcome gift in the fridge when we arrived. Everything was great!

Great stay in Annecy . Impeccable accommodation, very well equipped , quiet , sunny terrace. Close to the bike station (attention located in front of the town hall in the subdivision a little difficult to find) , 1 half hour free , bus stop nearby, 2 euros the way , and for walkers, 1 hour walk from the center of Annecy. Nearby beach, bakery shops... I go back without hesitation .

We had a wonderful stay in James' house. We were warmly welcomed and the family were very helpful during our stay. Beautiful scenery, bird songs, walks and a 15 minute drive away from Conjux where you can swim, picnic or enjoy the restaurant/bar. If you have a car, it is worth visiting Lac du Bourget, where you can enjoy a family day out (swimming, lunch, ice creams). We will be back! :)

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

The house is located in a very beautiful unspoiled and quiet environment, at the same time as close to Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. We enjoyed the garden, the indoor and outdoor space, without immediate neighbors or opposite, and the authenticity of this old building with all the comforts needed for a few days of vacation. The instructions given by Gaétan were clear, with indications of the surrounding activities, markets and shops.

very welcoming accommodation, very well kept, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. inside and outside at the top. we spent a weekend with the children and small children (9) to water my retirement. young and old were delighted. Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.
