Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Isère

We were looking for peaceful accommodation for a reunion with friends, and we were won over by Anne-Marie's villa. The living room opens onto the garden surrounded by pastures, the pool and its deckchairs, the terrace for lunch... Everything was perfect for recharging. Anne-Marie was very responsive to our requests, and the villa is over-equipped. Thank you very much!

A soothing green stay in a peaceful place. Paul and his partner are very welcoming and available. They made sure to adapt the accommodation to our stay with a baby, great for parents! I recommend it without a second thought for a green slow motion!

Angélique called this house "Havre de Paix" and when we entered we understood the meaning. A crazy charm, a warm decoration, beautiful outdoor spaces conducive to rest, a pool by which it is good to relax, absolute calm in a very peaceful environment. We were happy to meet Angélique and her husband Damien who are lovely people. Staying in this haven of peace, I thought of Lamartine's poem (Le Lac): "O Time! Suspend your flight and you propitious hours suspend your course". Yes, go to Angélique and learn to savour a time of infinite happiness.

William, thank you for letting us use your house. We had a wonderful time, but that was already evident from the extra night we wanted to stay. We are still enjoying the house and the surroundings and tomorrow, 10:00 a.m., we will unfortunately be leaving. Definitely recommended or a reason to come back

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The barbecue is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! Wonderful apartment! We had a very nice night during our bike trip. There is a bakery with very tasty baguettes and shops nearby.

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

What a beautiful apartment. The furnishings and artwork are charming and it has everything we needed. With views across the river to Fouviere, which is lit up at night, it was wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the old town and an Uber gets you to the main station for daytrips. It's quiet for sleeping yet there are bars downstairs. An excellent supermarket 3 minutes away for all your needs. We didn't meet Emmanuel but he was quick to respond to queries.

Patrick is a lovely man who went to the trouble to meet us at the entrance and show us around the excellent unit and to offer any help we may need. It has everything you could need for a stay and is so conveniently located on the walking street with spectacular views from the balcony all the way up to the square. The lift is very convenient as it would be difficult to walk up 6 floors of stairs. It is in easy walking distance to the Metro and many restaurants across the square If you are coming to Lyon I highly recommend Patricks place to stay

Xavier is a great host, fast and helpful at responding to our questions and he made the slightly circuitous check-in process very smooth by sending photos that made it easy to manage. The apartment is older (has high ceilings and nice period features). Be prepared for "Les Pentes": this area of Lyon is cool, artsy and bohemian. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere but it's street art, not vandalism! (In fact, right next door to the building is an international school of art and design). I'm so glad we stayed in Les Pentes: so much character (compared to over-touristy vieux Lyon), great restaurants etc. The only problem we had was with the elevator. We were traveling with heavy suitcases and not thrilled to discover the elevator only operates from the first floor (not ground) and the afternoon we arrived wasn't working at all. So be prepared.

Marc apartment is perfect. He is very responsive and willing to help at anytime. Very thoughtful milk, rusks, orange juice, sparkling mineral water, biscuits and coffee pods for our use. Marc also generously offered his car parking space. Location is in a good neighbourhood, about a 15-20 minute walk to old town. Very comfortable apartment with everything you'll need. Bed is large and very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay in Lyon.

Lovely, quiet, comfortable apartment in a fabulous location in Lyon! Tim is the perfect host, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The bed is comfortable and the shower is the best I have ever found in an Airbnb! This place is near the amazing Parc de la Tête d'Or and about a twenty minute walk to the beautiful Rhône and central Lyon. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tim!

Sylvain was an AMAZING host. It was raining when we got to Lyon, but he was there to let us in and helped with our luggage. We only stayed one night, but the next day when we were leaving there were thunderstorms. We were to be met by a shuttle from our cruise ship but it had to meet us at the end of the street. Sylvain went and waited for the shuttle while we stayed in the apartment and then got the shuttle to come closer to where we were. He really went above and beyond to help us out!!! excellent host!!!

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is magnificent and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated pool that allows you to admire the view!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

Carole's villa is really great, beautifully renovated, neatly decorated, bright, large living room and very pleasant terraces. Very well equipped, nothing missing. Our stay was most pleasant.

Very friendly, available and responsive host. The view from the house is amazing. It's very nice and comfortable. The small nearby hamlet is charming and peaceful. It's right next to La Grave and Chazelet and not far by car from Les Deux Alpes and Serre Chevalier. We really loved our stay and would love to come back!

Spacious accommodation, impeccable in cleanliness, very well equipped. Terrace with splendid view and possibility of barbecues. Stephanie is welcoming, she was responsive when we needed info. She advised us on good plans for visits and restaurants. The accommodation is not far from the Mont Brison innocent beach by car and about 30 minutes' walk. We will be happy to come back, we highly recommend it!

The kitchen setup and dining options both in the room and around the pool were excellent. Also, a big plus for the pool size, which was not too small. I definitely recommend this location!
