Holiday rentals with a patio in Ischia

Lovely stay in Procida! Beautiful location, stunning views, and our host was fantastic, super flexible with check-in/out and very communicative. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

awesome host and great place to stay if coming to the area. one thing I would mention is the place is not fully accessible by car. you will need to walk from the main street (3-5min). If traveling with a lot of luggage be aware you need to walk up 4 flights of stairs. however the rooftop has wonderful views

Absolutely wonderful apartment and very comfortable. It is close to the restaurants, shops and bars. We cannot wait to return and stay here again!

A stay that will stay in our hearts! Augusto, Eva and Enzo were really kind and friendly, they welcomed us and treated us really well from the beginning to the end of our stay. There are directions to the beaches and points of interest, but also the tips on where to eat both as restaurants and as a snack! What to say? Of the really exquisite people with whom it was nice to chat during the day! Villa Martina is a beautiful place, starting with the architecture, the swimming pool and the sunset view area a little more secluded. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in every way! We hope to be back in the future :)

A top stay . We did everything by bus. 650 meters walk via a beautiful road to the bus stop and then you take a van ( 8,12,13 ) to the city . There you can change to the larger buses House is located on a beautiful hiking trail . Beautiful path to walk the south( east ) coast. Owner very friendly and has provided basic things for breakfast. All in all, highly recommended

clean and cozy room. We stayed with our children. Very useful outdoor space. I drive very helpful. He gave us perfect tips for us on where to go. Highly recommended

Viviana's house has a breathtaking view of the sea and there are spectacular sunsets over the sea. It is perfect for 2/4 people, the bus stop is a few meters from the house and therefore very comfortable to reach the various towns of the island.

Mrs. Rosanna was a great host, she gave us directions, welcomed us into the house upon arrival, she was friendly and always available in case of need. Appreciate the outdoor areas, especially the outdoor kitchen as well as the outdoor shower. We recommend Mrs. Rosanna as a host and above all stay at this place.

It was so lovely staying here! I spent a lot of my time at the home because the views were so beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Teresa was so helpful and accommodating!!

I loved my stay on the island of Ischia, we only stayed there for 1 night and it was not enough: I recommend at least 2. The location is ideal to visit the island (with a car), the host is adorable and really welcoming. She gave us the places to see and the things to do, as well as restaurant addresses. We even had lemons from the garden to make the best lemonade! Really I recommend it blindly, you will not be disappointed, well received and exotic compared to Naples!

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Positive experience in a quiet setting but allowing easy access to the streets of the center and the various attractions of the area. Very friendly, helpful and communicative host. La villa Maria Citara. Is a real bargain! Not only well equipped and well located. This is a large property with all the amenities expected to have fun with the family. Plus all the benefits of being next to the resort center. Large parking space, equipped outdoor courtyard. Gennaro and his wife welcome us in a very personal and pleasant way. They are attentive to our needs and make themselves available to pick us up and even bring us back at the end of the stay. Really a boon in terms of price and proximity to the beach, Poseidon and all resort services. Probably a great discovery and we will definitely come back. I recommend it without hesitating

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

Natalia’s place was very well appointed - washer dryer and every thing worked well and ac in every room and spacious. We had trouble getting and there was some construction around but her place is very very quiet - the patio area is very nice too. Having a parking spot was lovely and just half a block to the main restaurants and shops. Excellent place near the fancy Relais hotel and quick routes all around the island.

Beautiful apartment on the beach. Perfect spot to relax. Host is super nice and happy to give guidance around the island. Host was very accommodating around luggage storage and owns a delicious seafood restaurant that we highly recommend.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Mario’s apartment. The apartment is beautiful and served as the perfect home base during our stay in Ischia. While the Amalfi Coast is the beach-lovers’ dream vacation spot, many towns along it are crowded with tourists. Ischia, on the other hand, was a peaceful haven for us to return to after a day trip to Capri or Napoli, and is a hidden gem with lots to do. Mario’s apartment was the cherry on top of our trip and was within walking distance of everything we needed (buses, ferries, cafes, grocery stores, etc). We highly recommend this spot!

We had a very nice week in Bacali and the surrounding area of ​​Naples. The host Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful in every way. The apartment was as described and very neat and clean. Thanks again for the nice accommodation!
