Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ioulis

The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

I had an amazing stay at this fully equipped house in Porto Rafti! The location near Panorama beach was perfect, and the view of the bay was simply breathtaking. Nikos, the host, was incredibly efficient and clear in his communication, making the whole experience hassle-free. I can't wait to visit again soon! Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à proximité du temple de Poseidon avec une très jolie vue sur la mer ! Entièrement équipée et moderne. Sans oublier la piscine / jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir. Philipp nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Communication très réactive avec Philipp qui nous a toujours répondu dans la minute !

Un très beau séjour à Vourkari chez Crissa. Crissa est très à l’écoute et nous a gentiment donné des petites adresses à Kea pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande cette maison si vous voulez passer un moment calme sur l’île de Kea qui n’est pas très animé pour les soirées mais à de très belles plages.

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, paisible loin de l’agitation. Une très bonne boulangerie et un supermarché sont à 10 mn à pieds et le centre de Loulis à environ 25 mn. Ceci est excellent pour digérer après avoir dîner dans les diverses tavernes de la ville…il est préférable de louer une voiture pour se rendre sur les plages magnifiques et sauvages de L’île. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous sommes bien ressourcés au cœur de cette douceur de vivre et des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Merci à Manu pour son accueil. Sophie

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Appartement liegt in einer Anlage erhöht am Meer, wunderschöne Bucht. Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt mit kleinen Wegen. Dort lebende Katzen sind sehr lieb. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben bei Anreise klare Anweisungen erhalten und täglich hilfreiche Links für Restaurants und Sightseeing. jederzeit gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft und Oksana verdient es ein Superhost zu sein. Strand ist toll für Familien und die Nähe zur Hafenstadt mit Fähre nach Kea oder zum Flughafen oder Athen super. Toller Mix aus Strandurlaub und Kultur. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

This place is great! Is very nice, confortable, clean and spacious. The very large veranda and roof terrace (great views of the sea in front and mountain behind) was especially nice. 5 mins walk down to sea for swimming. We also tried 2 tavernas by the sea, they were excellent. And the hosts were really friendly and responsive. Overall its great value and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Locations très spacieuse divisée en 3 'appartements', parfaite pour plusieurs familles! L'emplacement est très calme avec une vue magnifique et situé à proximité de la ville de Lavrio, qui est très animé. La location est parfaitement équipée, très propre et le ménage y est fait de façon régulière. La piscine et tout l'espace extérieur sont exclusivement pour cette maison et sont aussi très spacieux et très bien entretenu. Pour finir les hôtes ont été très accueillant et extrêmement réactifs.

This place is undersold. We‘re Struck by the beauty of the bay. Sure the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70’s look, but it’s functional and clean. It works perfectly. The pool area is great. The fact that it’s a saltwater pool makes it even better. The family had great gatherings outside and inside the house. The WiFi worked fine. All in all A perfect vacation. We’re coming back if we are allowed:)

We had a wonderful family holiday! We felt immediately welcome and fell in love with the house and its views within seconds! We planned out our adventures visiting many local, magnificent and ancient sites and used the very clear recommendations made by Salome and Spiridon in the house book! The pool was lovely and the proximity to the sea was great! The homemade jams and the well equipped kitchen made us very happy! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this very special place. I loved the antiques and the art, the thought in the design of the house and the totally gorgeous position. A holiday to treasure.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous retournons sur l'île de Kea... La villa d'Anna est la meilleure et la plus belle des villas que nous avons louées sur l'île. Cette villa offre un spot incroyable et une vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un jardin fleuri très bien entretenu avec des coins très sympas pour prendre l'apéritif et surtout pour faire la sieste tous les jours à l'ombre. En terme d'équipements, tout était parfait ! nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les meubles de jardin sont de très bonne qualité qui offrent un vrai confort pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est top ! La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kea (au dessus de Loulida) En scooter : 5 mn de Loulida, 15 mn du port, 30 mn de Koundouros etc... Anna est un "super host". Une personne très sympathique. Elle nous a accueillis au port et a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner à la villa. Nous recommandons très fortement la villa. MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!! Merci Anna

Notre séjour dans cette maison de rêve a été parfait! Aegli a été une hôte adorable, prévenante et très réactive. Un immense merci à elle! La maison et l’emplacement étaient encore plus beaux que sur les photos…la maison est cosy, moderne, très bien aménagée, très propre et avec une excellente literie. L’espace extérieur et la vue: le paradis sur terre :) Nous avons aussi adoré Kea, île peu connue mais très belle avec de jolis villages et des balades superbes. Des vacances parfaites !

Excellent séjour à Vourkari. Maison très agréable, accès à pieds au port, et à une petite plage. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse de la maison. Nikos est un hôte très réactif et très efficace. Mona nous a très bien accueillis, et est elle aussi très réactive.
