Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. The property is ideal for those that want to have a relaxing holiday. The house is a short distance from the main village of Ioulis, 10 minutes from the port (by car) and 15 minutes from various beaches (by car). The property has a swimming pool and a nice terrace where you can sit and relax, while enjoying a good meal from the BBQ. The house has ample room for up to to six guests, with two good sized bedrooms and a third open-plan bedroom overlooking the living room, two bathrooms and a w.c.

The Haven is 50 m2 perfectly renovated stone cottage, with a further 80 m2 of terraces, and 40.000m2 of land of the property. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a dinning table and a sitting area with two sofas where an additional two people can sleep and there is a curtain for visual isolation and privacy. Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

A unique villa where you can lounge and relax away from it all, in one of the most private locations on the island, despite the fact that it is located just 1 klm away from the cosmopolitan marina of Vourkari and 3 klm away from the port. Set on the top of a hill, on a 5000 sq.m. land, it enjoys breathtaking sunset views over Vourkari and the grand blue, and lies only a 10 minute-walk away from a little sandy cove, one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
