The Weaver's house

Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It is 75sq.m., consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom with shower (ground floor), loft with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and roof. It also has a small storage room and an auxiliary space with a washing machine. With a privileged location since it is a few meters away from the main street of Chora with all the shops but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood.

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

In the small village of Milopotamos there is our two-floor traditional house of 160m2. A strategic spot in Kea close to the main road connecting the port of Kea to the old town (Hora). Cozy rooms inside and lots of outside spaces to relax. The house is ideal for a family or a group of friends. To σπίτι μου χτίστηκε το 2012 ακολουθώντας την αρχιτεκτονική των σπιτιών της Χώρας Κύθνου.Ήταν ένας παλαιός φούρνος της γιαγιάς Μαρίας που έφτιαχνε μέλι.τυρί και υπήρχε ένας αργαλειός που ύφαινε υφαντά!!
