The flat is lovely, very homely and in a great location. The use of a parking permit during your stay is a bonus.

Superb, very spacious, thoughtfully and immaculately presented basement flat of family home. Felt private. Super location for walking to local amenities /beach. Mike and Helen have thought through what helps a holiday maker and provided it in the apartment . Communication was v. prompt and helpful. All good!

Bicycles and parking permit were a nice bonus.

Location was ideal for exploring the area, lovely hosts who were on hand should we have any queries, flat itself was comfortable & cosy and had everything we needed. I'd go back to this property without hesitation

A very comfortable and cosy cottage set in beautiful gardens with great views. We had a delightful 2 night stay and were visited by a red squirrel and pheasant in the garden. Only negative is the access. As mentioned in the notes about the property there is a climb of some 24 steps before you reach the cottage. This may be very difficult for the infirm or elderly with heavy luggage. Otherwise a delightful stay and host.

This was our second stay and once again we really enjoyed it. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Inverness, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Despite its central location, it is very quiet. The accommodation was well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend it and will definitely will return for our next visit to Inverness.

We would stay here again in a heartbreak. We came as a group of friends with a baby, and it was comfortable and had something for all of us. What a beautiful conversion of an older building with so much history. Neil was super responsive and accommodating considering we booked this less than a fortnight out. We're already talking about heading up to the area again in the future and trying to stay here again. Thank you Neil !

I booked Cardon house for my friends Hen do! It was in such a lovely location, surrounded by woodland. There was lots of space outdoors and seating areas to sit outside. Indoors was lovely, ample space for larger parties to stay. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The lounge area was lovely, it was very spacious and had lots of seating. It was great for hosting the hen party games and being able to sit together. There was a lovely wood burner which unfortunately we did not get a chance to use but would be great for in the winter. The kitchen and dining area was open plan and spacious and there was a large table for all of us to sit. It’s about a 15/20 min drive by taxi, which we used to travel into Inverness. Taxi was able to find Cardon house promptly and easily. Caroline was responsive when I asked her questions regarding the stay and we got to meet her when we checked out. She was welcoming and asked about our stay. We did not want to leave. Very happy bride to be!

A lovely spacious house and perfect place for a family gathering. The house was very clean, warm and bathrooms were comfortable with excellent showers. The kitchen was very well equipped which meant we could easily make special meals and coffees over the Easter weekend. Bedrooms were comfortable retreats and well furnished and included one double room and accessible bathroom downstairs which was ideal for our elderly parents. We particularly appreciated the excellent communication from Ohma, the tasteful, uncluttered decor, the thoughtful use of space and the beautiful views.

Aurelie and David are truly wonderful hosts! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures — no surprises, just exactly what we were hoping for. It was perfectly prepared for us in advance in the configuration we needed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly require. The Nespresso machine was an especially appreciated touch — mornings just aren’t the same without a good coffee to start the day! We also noticed (and appreciated) the whiskey set out on the console — a lovely gesture, even though we only had a small taste. Thank you so much, Aurelie and David, for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place hosted by truly thoughtful people.

Barry's & Heather's flat was ideal for our stay in Aviemore. Although it was close to all the central shops, restaurants & pubs, the location was peaceful and quiet. The flat had everything we needed, very clean bedding & towels, a comfortable living room & a very well equipped kitchen. The check-in & check-out instructions were clear & simple. There's plenty to do in & around Aviemore. We went for a walk from Glenmore and also hired bikes for an afternoon. A bit further way, we visited Tomatin Distillery for a fun & informative tour. We had meals and drinks at The Winking Owl and the Cairgorm Hotel, both within 10-15 minutes walk of the flat. We had a really enjoyable few days staying at the flat and would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very pleasant and perfectly clean. It is in a great location, close to a space to walk the dog and about ten minutes walk to the city center. It is a perfect pied-à-terre to stay for a few days and discover the surroundings of Inverness. Jill is a responsive and caring host

Lovely quiet flat yards away from most of the action, including the bus and train stations. Provided with all the mod cons you would like in home away from home, including a washer/dryer, which is useful if you are packing light. Also the bath was a godsend for achy limbs after a day on the mountains.

Alister’s place exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient to the airport (didn’t hear a single plane) and in a lovely little village that has a handy little store just across the street. Everything was spotlessly clean and the flat was well stocked with coffee/tea and a welcome treat. He provided lots of restaurant recommendations. It was the perfect place for us to stay after just arriving from the US.

The apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Cairngorms. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped with everything needed We highly recommend Mike’s apartment for a cosy getaway in Scotland. The chocolates were a lovely welcome surprise!

Very Cozy, near the Citycentre. We enjoyed some days in spring, cool adventures like Loch Ness only 30 min drive away. Cozy apartment with almost luxury furniture. We liked it very much!
