The photos do not do this place justice, its even better when your inside, the views of the sea are absolutely stunning, the apartment was spotless and very comfortable also private and safe parking, really enjoyed our stay while visiting a friend. This stay was the perfect place to stop during our road trip travels. The apartment was spacious and having laundry available (including dryer capabilities) was perfect! It’s super easy to park and is in a prime location for walkability to pubs, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend!

This place is a true gem right in the center of Inverness, walking distance from everything, only an easy 8 minute walk to the train station. Rebecca is an excellent host and a responsive communicator. There were some issues with the door when we first arrived but she was super responsive with getting the issue fixed and making accommodations. She even brought us wine and cookies for the inconvenience. My husband and I will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Inverness!

A comfortable appartment with great beds and showers and a good heating system. Amanda is very generous with what she provides -various foods, milk, toileteries and comprehensive instructions are given for everything. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk into town and there is parking on site. There is a nice view to the river from the lounge, with a communal patio area outside the patio doors.

Excellent place, and location, very central and hardy any noise

We had a fantastic stay! Hayley was an fantastic host. The apartment was stocked with basic essentials needed for a family stay. It was clean, well-furnished, and beautifully maintained. Loved the back yard River ness sit out. Car park within the property is an added comfort. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience – highly recommend

What a wonderful place for some much needed R&R. Carols place exceeded my expectations, the photos don't do it justice! It was immaculately clean, very well thought out, homely and very comfortable, the best AirBNB I have ever stayed in and I can't wait to go back. This is a cosy yet very spacious cottage in an unbeatable location. A door from the kitchen opens straight out onto the beach, with long stretches of white sand extending in either direction. Woodlands are also nearby for a different but equally serene type of walk. The amenities of Nairn are similarly right on the doorstep - everything we needed for a very comfortable stay was either provided in the house or readily available in nearby shops/cafés/restaurants. Despite this prime location, the cottage feels very quiet and private, and at night the ambient light is low enough that we could see starry skies. Alasdair was friendly, flexible and always contactable. My partner and I cannot recommend this property enough for a holiday whatever the season or weather.

We had a lovely stay over new year beautiful house very comfy and cosy the garden is great for the dogs to go mad in Kay was a wonderful host checking in on us and quick to respond to any questions we had she even left us champagne and flowers and hid little treats around the house for us to find location is good near to Loch Ness and lovely little village

Very lovely place for a family stay! Beautiful surroundings, if you love walking and hiking - even better! Probably not a super child friendly place if they are small as there’s loads of decorations and books around the house, but other than that - we were happy with the place.

If you are looking for a place near Inverness that gives you a home base for all of your day trips, look no further. The view out on to the water is so beautiful and peaceful. The house itself is cozy, comfortable and bas everything you’ll ever need. The location is convenient. But what makes this AirBNB special is Heather. She is the warmest, most caring host. She gave us the best local recommendations, and is just a lovely person. We will come back to this place again.

This was a great base for our stay in Inverness. The flat was lovely and spacious. Communication was great and helpful. Would happily stay here again

We needed somewhere central to stay very quickly and 1 Bell Tower fitted the bill perfectly. We were able to book it one day and arrive the next for a 5 night stay. Fiona also offered that we could gain access earlier than the stated arrival time but this was not needed but still a very kind offer. Although our trip was for something other than holiday reasons the flat's central location and close proximity to everything that the City of Inverness has to offer would be a considerable advantage to anyone visiting. The only slight drawback for us was that the heating was controlled from elsewhere and the bedroom was quite chilly for the first two evenings, despite my adjusting the bedroom radiator thermostat but a quick message to Fiona had this fixed as she adjusted the temperature as she didn't wish us to be uncomfortable. I would definitely return to this flat again if returning to Inverness. 5 stars all round.

Fabulous, comfy, clean, well equipped place with stunning views, surrounding area great to explore, we did the coastal walk to the lighthouse, a long walk, but one of the best we've ever done! Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. would definitely recommend, we had an awesome time!!

Muriel and Alexander were both super welcoming and friendly. We loved their charming apartment, and felt right at home. It was perfect for everything we needed. Inverness city center was a 10 minute walk along the river, with Ness Island a 5 minute walk. Absolutely gorgeous area to walk. We would return to their apartment if we were in Inverness again!

Excellent couples retreat that is superbly appointed, couldn’t be located in a more central yet quiet location with all that Inverness centre has to offer right on your doorstep. This was probably the best AirBnB we have stayed at in Inverness and the hosts couldn’t have made us feel any more welcome. Loved it!

Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Spotless, comfortable. Across from River Ness, walkable to all sights. Highly recommend.
