Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the house. Everything you need for daily life and more was available. We went on many excursions, and on every mountain plateau there was something for children to discover, e.g. the Murmelpark, which is a large water playground. The Hochzeiger is very close and there is also a great water park. We also hiked the Stuibenfall and there were also many paths for our bikes. All excursion destinations are very easy to reach and a dream for children (and adults) Great hospitality. We'll be back.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

We liked the lovingly designed farmhouse very much. It was rustic and very cozy. Many loving and authentic details have rounded off the ambience. The beautifully landscaped garden also invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighbouring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Kappl! The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The pool area was truly a highlight—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. everything was perfect. Lovely stay in this apartment with very friendly and responsive hosts, making you feel comfortable right from the start. Quick to respond to queries and for help. Very nice apartment with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen view over the village and mountains. Great ski and boot room for storage. Joel was always very kind and helpful, answering my questions very quickly. The apartment was large and had a balcony where I could see the mountains, in fact, it was possible to see them from all the windows of the apartment. Every day, after hours of walking, we arrived at the apartment and could relax and enjoy nature. We didn't want to leave there anymore. I thank Joel for the incredible experience he gave us.

There were four of us for a ski weekend in Frieda's place. We enjoyed it very much: By car, the Kühtai ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes and in the evening we could cook together and sit together comfortably in the accommodation. We had to get salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, but otherwise there was nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking. Communication with Frieda was always friendly and fast. We can definitely recommend the place.

We had lovely days at the property. The oven was a highlight. We had everything we needed. Our excursion destinations were easily accessible in 30 - 45 minutes.

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the option to purchase drinks for a very small amount via self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, like a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

The apartment is very well maintained, with a small hallway, on the level of which the very nice bathroom is also located. Two steps lead to the living level. The kitchen, dining room and living area are combined in one room. This is very bright and flooded with light. Very pleasant. Everything is extremely clean and in perfect condition. Everything is very neatly processed, whether joints, fixtures or pictures and deco, which are set up, everything is perfect. The bedroom is also very spacious and bright. All rooms are lovingly decorated with small details.
