Auf der 20 qm großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Lounge vor der Wohnung, können Sie den Blick in den Garten genießen, grillen, essen oder einfach ihre Seele baumeln lassen. Die ca. 54 qm große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres 2-Familien-Hauses. Alle Fenster der Ferienwohnung sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

The cozy cottage offers you and your friends or family a cozy accommodation on Lake Constance. With lake and mountain views, you can enjoy the sun and relax on the terrace. From our "Nurdachhaus" you only need 12 minutes on foot to the next beach. If the weather is not so good, there are spas, museums and many other excursion destinations in the area. In 2020, there's also something new for our guests: the kitchen has been rebuilt to be more spacious, brighter and more modern!

In Friedrichshafen (4 km away from Lake Constance), our modern furnished apartment with beautiful terrace (30 sqm) overlooking the countryside awaits you to relax. E-bikes: enclosed room with keypad + socket for charging. Child-friendly (cot, 2 high chairs, changing facilities). The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.
