The shores of Lake Constance, lawn and garden restaurant directly on the lake only about 400 m away, about 900 m to Fischbach train station, about 6.5 km to the trade fair. Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Sie verbringen Ihren Aufenthalt in einer farbenfrohen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung, welche über einen privaten Eingang verfügt. Auf der 20 qm großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Lounge vor der Wohnung, können Sie den Blick in den Garten genießen, grillen, essen oder einfach ihre Seele baumeln lassen. Die ca. 54 qm große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres 2-Familien-Hauses. Alle Fenster der Ferienwohnung sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

The cozy cottage offers you and your friends or family a cozy accommodation on Lake Constance. With lake and mountain views, you can enjoy the sun and relax on the terrace. From our "Nurdachhaus" you only need 12 minutes on foot to the next beach. If the weather is not so good, there are spas, museums and many other excursion destinations in the area. In 2020, there's also something new for our guests: the kitchen has been rebuilt to be more spacious, brighter and more modern!

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

Lake Constance apartment Lang Fischbach

The 60 sqm apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. The bus stop (towards Friedrichshafen and Constance) as well as the train station in Fischbach are also within walking distance. In addition, a supermarket, various bakeries, a pharmacy, various restaurants, the Fischbach lakeside resort (300 m) and a beer garden are within walking distance. The flat is on the raised ground floor.

The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.
