The 60 sqm apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. The bus stop (towards Friedrichshafen and Constance) as well as the train station in Fischbach are also within walking distance. In addition, a supermarket, various bakeries, a pharmacy, various restaurants, the Fischbach lakeside resort (300 m) and a beer garden are within walking distance. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

The apartment is located directly on a beautiful bicycle route to/from Meersburg. The Edeka supermarket and a pharmacy are within a 4-minute walk and a bakery within a 6-minute walk. Lake Constance by bike in 15 minutes to the outdoor and lake bath Fischbach or Immenstaad. By bus you are in Friedrichshafen in 15 minutes. It's only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake.
