Fully equipped house on 2 floors in the heart of Saint-Sauveur, close to shops open year-round. On the ground floor, living room and kitchen of 30 m², upstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet 30 m² accessible by a spiral staircase of 1 meter in diameter. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from bedroom 1. There is no garden but a small courtyard to leave bicycles and put a barbecue. Family home ideal for 4 people.

Recently renovated, the "Tribord" apartment is ready to welcome you to Île d'Yeu. Located on the harbor a few steps from the pier, you can enjoy the shops and the beach nearby. Capacity: 2 people max Low season: 2 nights minimum July and August: 6 nights minimum No pets allowed. Apartment not suitable for children (under 12 and babies). Access to the apartment via a staircase (no elevator) NO CLEANING FEE

The Vacation Home

This is a house for 4 people. Located at the end of the Impasse des Beugasses, on a 630 m² plot, not overlooked, you'll find peace and quiet for an unforgettable vacation. Please note: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August; outside this period, rental is by the night. The house is declared for rent at the town hall of Île d'Yeu and has a registration number.

Small house (32 m2), bright with terrace and private garden. Small fitted kitchen, shower-wc room and bedroom with double bed separated from the living room. There is no possibility of adding a baby bed (baby cot or other) in the bedroom. The house is not wheelchair accessible. The house, located at the bottom of our garden, is at the exit of the port and 5 minutes' walk from all the shops.
