Huset består af 2 badeværelser, 4 værelser (7 senge og mulighed for yderligere 3 opredninger), køkkenalrum, en stue samt en stor udestue. Huset er røgfrit, men i forlængelse af garagen er der et rygerrum. I huset er der gratis wifi og kabel TV til fri afbenyttelse. Det er tilladt at medbringe kæledyr.
