Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Haarlem is only 10 minutes away, the Airport 15 minutes, while Zandvoort beach and Amsterdam can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The house is ideal for guests arriving by car. Bicycles is also available on site at your own risk.

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. The chalet has sliding doors to the garden, a pull out sofa bed (double), an open kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood stove. Enjoy the peace on your own sunny terrace among the flowers and plants! Located in the heart of the flower bulb area near the coast, within 7 minutes walking distance to the train station.
