The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

We spent four wonderful days in Stephanie's accommodation in Innsbruck and can recommend it without reservation. Even in advance, the contact with Stephanie was super friendly, helpful and uncomplicated – she quickly responded to messages and gave valuable tips for our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal: quiet, yet central. You can reach the old town, great cafes and hiking trails in no time – perfect for those who want to explore Innsbruck or enjoy nature. Stephanie was a fantastic host – warm, respectful and always available if you had a question. You can tell that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. The place was great! Great location and 4 amazing rooms. The only drawback is it’s 4 floors of walking up and dragging bags. When I asked the host regarding confirming which floor the house was on - he was rude and said to read the pdf. When I asked if there was an elevator his response was rude again. I loved the place but would’ve appreciated a more polite interaction with the host.

This stay is literally in front of a major tram stop with real-time arrival info, making getting to the main train station or anywhere downtown super easy. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at all hours. The apartment inside is ultra modern and spotless. I heavily used the kitchen, which is set up well for cooking. Martin is a very responsive host and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
