Welcome to our old but comfortable renovated mansion, in the quiet of a one-hectare wooded park, 20 minutes from Rennes and 30 minutes from the Emerald Coast. Tourist stay or professional stopover in the countryside, it allows us to accommodate up to 7 people. Over more than 120 m², three bedrooms (including one dual-aspect), living room, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, bathroom, separate toilet, private entrance and park view. P.S. We have kept the charm of some old low frames.

Guer Accommodation

Located in the city center of GUER in a perfectly quiet environment, this townhouse includes a beautiful living space with direct access to the patio. During your stay, you will benefit from the entire accommodation and have access to fiber optic internet. Linens and bath towels are provided. Several parking spaces are available across the street from the accommodation. Entry is independent via a lockbox, the code for which will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival.

An invitation to relax, to calm down, a step aside for a timeless experience at the gates of Brocéliande, in a vast garden richly planted with trees and flowers, inspired by the English. This charming 120 m2 cottage, in a magnificent Breton farmhouse, with its terrace sheltered by the fig tree, also offers a peaceful immersion in the artistic world of a sculptor. Nearby is Lac aux Ducs and its gulf, the Voie Verte, Château de Josselin, and the Gulf of Morbihan.

Welcome to the Ferme du Choinel in our renovated barn, combining charm and modern design. Close to the city (15 min from Rennes) and ideally located 40 min from the sea, relax in this cozy nest. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and the Château de Beauvais. We are at the exit of the village with all the shops accessible. The barn has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms. Great for remote work, tourists, pros, families and friends!

Local attractions, such as beaches and hiking trails, are easily accessible for days full of discoveries.

This pretty house is perfect for a couple or family wanting to spend some quiet time in the countryside. Ideally situated, you can visit the famous Mont Saint Michel, and nearby towns, Fougères, Rennes or St Malo. The gite is at the end of a cul de sac surrounded by our historic tannery and our house and garden. Enjoy an evening by the fire in winter and a sunny patio in summer!
