Anyone who wants to stay in Kochi and move around in the city, this place in Kakkanad is just ideal and nice for short and long stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The kitchen has all the required utensils for a family that is looking to eat home cooked meals. The bathrooms are neat and spotless. One of the best places we as a family have stayed. It was a very nice and comfy atmosphere. Mr Eldho was very friendly and very cooperative. All the amenities were good and neatly arranged. Smooth check in and check out. Highly recommended.

We stayed at alex place for around 22 days. sangeetha received us to their place .she is very flexible with the dates and timing, they always try to accommodate our requests. The ambience around the house is beautiful and peaceful with lovely garden and trees. The kitchen and toilet is clean with all required stuff for comfortable stay .Sangeetha shared her garden produce with us which we enjoyed to the core .she shared poultry products too .Sangeetha’s in-laws are one of the loveliest people one would meet. They were very good with my parents who would often share their life experiences with each other. Overall we had a wholesome stay at aditis nest. We felt like home 🏡.Not to forget the youngest Host Aditi is the sweetest girl. Sangeetha and her family were very cooperative, proactive and always ready to help. They treated me and my parents as family. Highly recommend and would always go back to them for future stays.

Anathu's place was quiet and peaceful with beutiful surroundings. the bathrooms and rooms were clean and they had tea and coffee available on request which was a plus point. The property is well within the range from restaurants and eateries making it an easy spot to stay and roam around to different places.

Neil and his father josh were very helpful n friendly, they have arranged me few more kitchen utensils on my request n I was given a bike to get necessary groceries from near by store. Place is very clean, premises are beautiful n maintaining well. I m very happy with my stay here.

Home away from home I booked this place for my parents and both the hosts supported me as a family. At no point of time I realised how my parents will manage. From recommendations to bookings of nearby sight seeings everything was guided by Krishna Uncle and for the breakfast they invited at their home and early morning served them pure vegetarian lovely meal. Uncle is so proactive and kind to help you out any time and in any way. Ongoing festival darshan at Ettumanoor Mahadev temple was wholesome and ritual experience, morning kayaking was adventurous one. Whenever I felt anything he is just a call away and everytime it feels like I'm talking to my Uncle, my parents are going to other home. Super thankful for your support and beautiful connection. A must go to place with serene beauty, peace and pampering hosts.

This is the place you have stay if you want luxury within budget. We had a splendid two nights stay with beautiful scenery to wake up to. The property is situated in a peaceful place and within the reach to happening places in Kodai. The host was very responsive and friendly. Last but not the least, the food provided by the care taker was home prepared and was very delicious. I would book this property again if I am visiting Kodai again ❤️

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

I would literally say Don’t judge a book by its cover. When we first saw the surrounding and location we never thought that it would meet our expectations but I would like to correct my statement when we saw the interior. Spacious interior, Well responsive team, Flexible check- in and check out arrangements. A special five star for how neat and tidy the place was. The only recommendation I would suggest is that they could extend the pool a little bit longer, other than that me and my friends enjoyed staying there and had such a blast having fun especially on the indoor gaming space. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend some quality time with either friends or family.

I had an amazing stay at Flexicubes. The space was exactly as advertised—modern, minimal, and super clean. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design and setup. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the furniture to the lighting to the little details that made the place comfortable and functional. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and the host provided clear instructions that made everything easy. The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were fresh towels, toiletries, and even coffee and tea waiting. It felt peaceful, private, and just really well put together. Whether you're working remotely or just looking for a place to relax, this space has everything you need. I’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I stay in 2 night first day there is no Air condition work only fan due to the heavy rain that day in kottayam power supply intruptted so that whole building running in generator however our place is very nice.

Mathews' place is surrounded by greenery and is facing hills. Sunrise can be seen in the morning time. He has been quite responsive and helpful. Me with my 4 friends enjoyed staying there and it literally felt like our own home. If one is searching for peaceful and calm stay they can go for it without any hesitation.

Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way.
