Holiday rentals with lake access in Idukki

We had a wonderful stay near Angamoozhy during our trip to Sabarimala. Vijayan, the host, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He not only provided a comfortable stay but also organized cab services for all our local and out-of-town travel needs, making our trip hassle-free. His morning coffee was exceptional and truly a highlight! Vijayan was also incredibly thoughtful with the kids, taking them to the riverbanks to play, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here for a warm and welcoming experience. Thank you, Vijayan, for making our trip special!

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

right from booking till check-out don and his parents were in touch and responsive.. special note .. it's situated on the bank of river .. person staying there should bath there, it was very fun .. children would love it.... highly recommended..

It was a nice stay with Greenery around and a nearby lake. Their pet Butto was really friendly .

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

Though it is not close to Vagamon, excellent home to stay and Cristo is very friendly. I can give 100 out of 100 for the home food made and services by the host. We were lucky since it was rained, so we got very good bath at the falls behind the house. Thank you for all the service

I will book this place again and again without a doubt. Great Hospitality by Abhilash and Gokul, made us feel at home. They went out of their way to make us comfortable in all ways. Extremely beautiful place. Hosts have built an amazing cozy space for visitors and the surroundings are equally beautiful. This was the most peaceful place i stayed in Kerela. Campfire and barbecue were cherry on the cake. Me and my friends throughly enjoyed the stay! I will come back soon 🥳

We enjoyed the bliss of nature and its charming surrounding at "The Willow". It gave us a wonderful experience of what living in hills feels like, which otherwise we people coming from big cities are deprived of. The rooms were a heritage style and were very clean. We had a great time!! I appreciate Navin and his team for all the help during our stay.

This place by the Offbeat crew is exactly as described. The location is the best, there are a few amazing spots around the property such as a natural pool with amazing lighting at night, an incredible balcony perfect for bird watching all times of day and a few stargazing spots at night. The host is more than happy to sort out lunch and dinner as well as planning lovely offbeat days out such as trekking through the jungle or going to secluded waterfalls, completely alone. It really feels like the surroundings are all yours!

Had a wonderful stay with family. Great location and very near to lake and enjoyed walking around the lake. Caretaker was really helpful and prepared delicious homely food. It has good car parking space and scenic lawn. Would like to stay here again.

We love the place and the hospitality of Diju, his brother and all the staff. They helped us for everything we wished to do. Food was great. Birdwatching was amazing. We'rer planning to come back

Stay with great view, sunrise not to miss.

The place was really good and safe. Went out with the family and my family liked the place too! The veiw from the room was just mesmerizing in the morning hours. The property is located very close by to the tourist places that makes easy for the visitors to access. Loved the response from the host and his help throughout the stay. He was proactive and helped us to explore the right places which are not so known to people. Had a really great experience and his guidance just added that cherry on top. Will surely recommend further.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Vivek’s gorgeous house, away from the kodai city and tucked nicely into a peaceful and beautiful valley. The property is also very well maintained and has a beautiful garden where you could just sit for hours. We felt right at home and had everything we needed at the house. The food was excellent, especially the barbeque. I’ll definitely visit again, hopefully for longer than a weekend. Recommending this highly to anyone considering their next kodai vacation!
