Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Cozy cottage about 250 meters from the sea and nice sandy beach. The house is furnished with 2 rooms with double bed, 1 annex with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with dining area and cozy wood-burning stove. There is a heat pump in the house. There are duvets and pillows in the house. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, etc. are brought by the tenant. The house is cleaned after using the tenant. Several large wooden terraces. Electricity and water are charged separately and charged 3.5 kr per kWh and 100 kr per m3 of water

Fantastisk hus tæt på strand/Marielyst.

Lovely holiday home with everything you as a guest need. Large bright living room, ceiling for kip, large bathroom and a bright kitchen with bar. The large terrace of the house has a Finnish bath (not Spa), outdoor shower with hot water - a wonderful meeting point. Wifi and 2 TVs with Airplay. Only 350 m to fantastic swimming beach and 3 km to Marielyst square. The terraces have umbrellas, outdoor table for 8 people, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sandbox and swing. Bookings are accepted from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Romantic annex in the heart of Marielyst

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Lovely vacation home in the heart of Marielyst.

Lovely holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walk to lovely sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded yet in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure coziness, this home is a great option. Book it as a holiday home during the high season or maybe an extended weekend for coziness and relaxation. Please note late check out at 11am and early check in at 2pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

The very small, but very quaint and cozy holiday home Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a beautiful kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, and a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, 3: 00 pm check-in time, 10: 00 am check-out time, is of course also more relaxed by arrangement! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).

Beautiful guesthouse, close to forest and water.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility and relax for a lovely sunset. Here are all the necessary amenities that you need. The only negative is that you risk being woken up by some chickens laying your morning egg. If you are on a bike, it does not take long to drive to a small, cozy and child-friendly beach.
