Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic Sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in rural surroundings in protected area. Residential approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with room for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with shower. Large utility room. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10 min walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Cottage with cozy garden close to the water

Welcome to a family summerhouse located close to the sandy beach in quiet surroundings and with 4 kilometers to Marielyst. The house is brightly decorated with a focus on recycling and sustainability. There is access to terraces on 3 sides. The last evening sun can be enjoyed by the fire pit. We are a family of three generations who own the house in a community. We especially enjoy the house's proximity to the sea and long summer evenings by the fire in the enclosed garden. We look forward to welcoming you.

We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. Dear Kristina, dear Stefan! We love your summerhouse. It is just gorgeous. Very tasteful and lovingly furnished and super clean. We found everything we needed. The path to the beautiful beach was short and in the freshly mowed garden we could play badminton wonderfully. Our 15 year old daughter loved her "own cabin" and our 12 year old son was so happy with the trampoline. My favorite was the hammock. The handover with the service team worked wonderfully, so we were able to start our vacation immediately relaxed upon arrival. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you. If we come to Denmark again, we would love to come back to your summer house. Regards, Diana

Renata's place was very nice. Slightly secluded in a very quiet area. We got married in Denmark and had the perfect opportunity to celebrate in peace and enjoy the nature and weather with the accommodation. You have regularly seen different animals, such as rabbits or deer, either in the garden or on the way to the property. We really enjoyed our time and would also return to the house again in the future. The bathroom doors were a little difficult to lock. But otherwise everything worked out very well. It felt like home. Thank you for letting us into your house.

Beautiful location, great surroundings, good for dogs, good for cycling, at cooler temperatures you should bring wood for the stove so as not to have to use the electricity-powered heating.
