The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Experience the sun and the dark "Dark Sky" sky through the house's telescope and solar binoculars. Use the musical instruments and sound system or take a trip in the water with a canoe, two sea kayaks or three paddle boards (SUP).

I gårdbutikken er der friskbagte surdejsbrød, gårdhonning og nylagte æg. Vi har bordtennis, bordfodbold og dart i vores hyggelige lade. Om aftenen kan I lave pizza i den brændefyrede stenovn og nyde gårdspladsen med et glas af vores håndbryggede fadøl. Her er ideelt til børnefamilien, vi har badekar, pusleplads, gynge og græs at boltre sig på. Bag grunden ligger byens lille fodboldbane. Der er 5 minuters kørsel til nærmeste sandstrand, og langs kysten utallige perler af de bedste strande i Danmark.

Clean bed linen and towels can be arranged upon arrival (DKK 75 per guest) If the home is not left in the same condition as on arrival, a cleaning fee of at least DKK 600 will be charged. Electricity 3.75 DKK per KWh.
