Our stay was the perfect location for our short stay itinerary. Easy to find, very peaceful with beautiful views. The accommodations are just as described with comfortable beds and the hot pot being our favorite, next to the horses that would visit us daily. We can’t wait to visit again!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank für alles. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen genau richtig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das ganze Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gab auch einen Whirlpool, den wir aufgrund der Beschreibung nicht erwartet hatten. Sehr empfehlenswert als Zwischenstopp für eine Island-Rundreise.

Such a beautiful setting and comfortable stay. I wouldn't change a thing about this place! There are four waterfalls within an hours drive of this place that you don't need to hike to in order to view (highly recommend all of them). If you plan on doing any outdoor activities that require towels, I'd recommend picking some up at the nearby convenience store (about 15min away) as there are only two. Also, the kitchen already had some cooking oil and spices, which was a nice surprise :)

Bellissima casetta in mezzo alla natura, piccola ma davvero confortevole, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Immersa nella natura con una vista stupenda sulle montagne, un posto davvero tranquillo. abbiamo passato una notte meravigliosa. la consiglio davvero tanto!

Eine wirklich sehr schöne und idyllisch gelegene Hütte. wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sie sah auch in echt noch besser wie auf den Bildern aus. Einziger winziger Kritikpunkt: eine Schüssel und eine etwas größere Pfanne wären sehr hilfreich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem kleinen Häuschen. Es war sehr heimelig und warm auch wenn draußen der Sturm tobte. Die Lage war super. Schnell beim Golden Circle und an der Südküste und Polarlichter konnte man auch super schauen.

Le logement était confortable. Il y avait tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine et les chambres. C'etait agréable d'être dans un coin reculé

Das Häuschen war sehr einfach zu finden und wunderschön gelegen. Wir waren zu viert, es war zwar etwas eng aber es hat gereicht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Adorable tiny home in a secluded area. The house was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette. We appreciated having access to a shared laundry room!

Pall’s place was a unique and cute cabin! we had a great stay and Pall was extremely helpful and responsive when we encountered any issues. The outdoor shower was surely an experience. We enjoyed the visits by Pall’s cats! His two labradors were very friendly too. Highly recommend this place for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Very nice house, perfect for a family, in beautiful surroundings. It's off the beaten path--you have to leave the larger road and take a gravel one for a while to get here, but the upshot is that it's very peaceful. Ingi was always quickly responsive whenever I had a question. Everything was high quality, no issues with things looking pretty but feeling cheap that we've experienced with some other Airbnbs.

amazing little airbnb. super modern and great size for 2. Probably 15 minutes off the ring road which might not seem like much but half that is gravel. we stayed 2 nights. 1 after hitting south coast and the next day hitting glacier lagoon. it was a great in-between location. it legit feels like the middle of no where arriving to it but it's pretty awesome. it's surrounded by sheep farms. pick up any groceries in vik or kirk beforehand as there is nothing lol and things close early

We had a great stay in Hella. The house was extremely cute and private, with an amazing view! We were pleasently surprised with the hottub that was available, which we used every day. We even saw an arctic fox from the living room!

Wir haben eine Nacht während unserer Island Rundreise in dieser wirklich wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind toll, die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte während unserer Reise. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfect home base for exploring the south coast. Extremely comfortable and well-designed (the rain shower and bed were luxurious). Beautiful, quiet location. Agusta was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend!

Beautiful location and lovely home! Everything inside and out was welcoming. We enjoyed walking around and sitting in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend!

super ruhig an einem See gelegen. mit dem Mietwagen kann man von dort aus einige tolle Attraktionen erreichen. Gerne jederzeit wieder! Eine Notiz am Rande, die Küche ist rudimentär ausgestattet ( ohne Herd) dafür aber mit Grill im Garten. super bequem, super cozy...

This is the cutest most picturesque Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I would recommend it to anyone and I loved it so much I’d copy the floor plan if I ever build a small cabin. The host was very helpful too! Can’t go wrong here 😊

Was so sad to leave this place!! Was the most gorgeous accomodation within meters of the black sand beach! It had all the necessary amenities. 10/10 will be returning in the future!! Thank you!

Das absolute Highlight ist die traumhafte Lage, nah an der Straße und doch völlig abgeschieden und der Hot Pot ist natürlich auch grandios. Leider ist es auf einer Island Tour so, bis man sich eingerichtet hat, geht es schon wieder weiter. Aber hier absolut empfehlenswerter Startpunkt für whale watching in Hauganes.

If you are near Selfoss, this is the place to stay. Einar and his wife were so welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed! They were so kind and the space was nice and provided everything we needed and more. Also, the hot tub was amazing!

Logement dans un bel environnement, au calme et avec une très belle vue sur Akureyri. Logement fonctionnel et très propre. Douche en extérieure pour une expérience des plus rafraîchissante. Hôte accueillante et réactive. Je recommande à 100%.
