The third floor has a big bathroom with a shower and bath, plus 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom.

There is a beautiful deck and garden in the back as well as a terrace on the second floor with views over the Elliðarár-valley. Our home was fully renovated 18 months ago both inside and outside, it´s therefore like a new house. It is located in an wonderful family neighborhood which is next to a valley with walking paths and a salmon river and at the same time it is only 10 minutes from down town.

There is 2 connecting rooms in the attic, one with a double bed, the other is a small working space with one day bed. The middle floor has a kitchen and a living room.
