This apartment is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment with a great view and Icelandic horses in their natural surroundings all over. Private parking and nice roads from the high way(Road 1). Perfect for 2 guests but also with a nice sleeping sofa so it is possible to accommodate 4 guests. The apartment is 27 m² (290 sq ft) with a shower in the bathroom and a kitchen with all basic necessities. Brand new apartment that is ready we started hosting guests the 15.June 2017

Lovely, little apartment on the seafront in a peaceful neighborhood a 15-minute drive from downtown Reykjavik. Perfect base near the highways to the primary tourist locations such as Thingvellir, Gullfoss, Geysir and the South Coast with the waterfalls, glaciers etc. Comfy one mattress bed (160x200cm=63x79in), tiny new bathroom, a kitchenette to make simple meals in the living room as well as a TV with Netflix. The apartment is equipped with a smart tv, Chromecast for easy access to Netflix, Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, washer, dryer, dishwasher among most common kitchen appliances.

The apartment is a part of the house complex at Sunnuhlíð, a farmland close to the town of Akureyri. The apartment is perfect for four adults, two couples or families traveling on their own. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of Eyjafjörður and Akureyri. Additional fee for more than two guests is  € 18 per guest, per night.

The studio has a view on the ocean and is located close to the international airport in Keflavik, Blue Lagoon and still only 35 minutes driving to Reykjavik.
