Totally renovated 160m² house in an exceptionally beautiful location by the Eyjafjoll mountains and a view to Vestmann islands, only two hours drive from Reykjavík. Three bedrooms, one ensuite with king size bed, and one bedroom with a king size bed and another with a queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining and living room offering time to relax after sightseeing. My place is close to The Golden Circle and the Highlands. The place has picturesque view. You can see Hekla, Eyjafjallajökul, Langjökull through the windows of the cottage. Closed to the cottage is Skálholt church, one of Iceland´s most important historic sites. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the hot tub. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Only 2 km to Health service. If you have back problems we have a soft mattress for you.

Beautiful, warm and cozy cottage with beds for up to 4 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the village Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The closest grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.
