We highly recommend this lovely apartment overlooking the little old town square. Our daughter was visiting for Easter and Maria’s apartment fit the bill perfectly in terms of size, cleanliness, facilities, location, communication and character.

We loved our stay at this farmhouse near the Lake! very roomy and clean and well stocked for our group of 7. Easy to coordinate travels around Umbria and Tuscany, and we loved exploring the Lake towns, especially the Castiglione del Lago center! Easy to follow instructions for house operations, access and directions! We loved the decor, and local ceramics, and the great reading selections- fun library of history, art, cookbooks, and local travel ideas. We loved having downtime and the tranquil area amid pastured and horses; my kids took advantage of sunny weather in early April and did watercolor painting and naps in the sun amid the olive trees in the back yard. It was a little too remote for walking to town (the ruts in access roads were hard on our car, and road construction nearby made for minor inconveniences,) but all in all, a perfect place for our holiday!

It was great to spend the Easter time with the extended family at Alex's house. It was plenty of space to stay all together, the many animals kept kids entertained and the nature all around allows us to relax and enjoy every single moment of the vacation. Bonus point the close-up Trasineno lake, which offered great occasions for detours and amusement.

Antonella's place is in the centre of the town, set in a beautiful garden, with the most incredible view and a very friendly cat to keep you company. The place itself was extremely clean, had all amenities and we slept really well. Antonella is a great host, with really good communication and providing lots of instructions about the town itself. We were very happy with our stay and we recommend Antonella's place to anyone thinking of visiting Trasimeno.
