The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm. You can join us in caring for them on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full-time work and have four small children.

Idyllic cabin next to the fjord

Welcome to an idyllic cabin by Hyllestadfjorden! Built in 1969, with 2 bedrooms, loft and annex – sleeps 8. The cabin has several outdoor areas and its own dock. The cabin has a heat pump, running water and can be used all year round. Kitchen and dining area are best suited for 2-4 people. Perfect for families, with convenience store and great fishing opportunities. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need for good meals, board games and relaxing moments in the stomp or fjord.

Helle Gard - Cozy cabin - fjord and glacier view

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

Through winter, spring, summer and fall. This area offers a range of nature you have rarely experienced to throughout all seasons. The hiking opportunities are many; the Great horse, Lisjehsten, Dagsturhytta Skaraly, hunting opportunity, swimming in the fjord or in the mountain water. Enjoy the relaxing and comfortable vibe of Birdbox. Warm, close to nature and peaceful. Lie down and sleep right next to nature and its stunning surroundings. Let the impressions flow and calm down.

Holiday idyll by the sea

Cozy boathouse in scenic and rural setting with the fjord and the mountain just outside your bedroom window. The boathouse is located right on the water. On the ground floor you find a room for recreation, and the second floor consists of a decorated apartment with modern standards. The second floor also have a porch where you can enjoy the morning sun while sipping your coffee. The pier is spacey and presents good opportunities for fishing, sunbathing, swimming and barbeque.

Leilegheit- close to shop, bus, college and hospital

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center . Bicycle can be borrowed for free if desired ( about 10 min) Good bus connections. Short distance to grocery store , 5 min walk. Private entrance and free parking. Newly refurbished in 2018. One bedroom with a double bed. White goods. Exit to garden that can be used! Nice hiking area right outside the door, short distance to the mountains around Førde.

Small cabin with new standard and great view

The cabin is located on a hill of my farm very close to the wilderness. It offers a beautiful view over the surrounding area and if there is sunshine you can enjoy it for nearly the whole day. You have access to multiple fishing waters nearby and also famous Sognefjorden. Fishing card is included. Exploring the mountain landscape starts right at your doorstep and you are welcome to stay for the night in another cabin at my lake on the mountain deep in the wilderness.
