The cabin has sea views and sun from morning to evening, and is very undisturbed. There is a short distance to swimming areas and great outdoor areas with the coastal path at Hvaler right nearby. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 6 sleeping places, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The cabin has no running water and sewage, but cistern water in the kitchen and bathroom.

The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, a town and about 30 minutes from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to night, with several nice outdoor spaces. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is practically furnished and easy to keep in order. Everything is easily accessible, both during the stay and for cleaning upon departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. Please note: This is NOT a party cottage!

There is a roof terrace with sea view, a jacuzzi, 5 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and a toilet. A spacious kitchen is perfect for great socail dinners!

The island also has beautiful cultural landscape. The cabin is sunny and 60 meters from the water. Large terrace with sea views/ a cozy sound. Very child-friendly with a large lawn and terraces on each side of the cottage. Road all the way. Kayaks included. Boat can be rented for NOK 250/day.

Ekte hytteopplevelse rett ved havet – med kajakker, solrike terrasser, pizzaovn og padletur til morgenkiosken. Hytta ligger solrikt og værutsatt, med terrasser som gir både sol og le hele dagen. Bare 100 meter til vannet, med kajakker og SUP klare på gresset. Dette er ingen polert luksushytte, men en ekte hytte med sjarm og slitasje – men tross alt varmekabler på badene. Padle til kiosken på Herføl, lag pizza i solnedgangen, eller gjør ingenting – med havet rett utenfor.

The cabin is peacefully located on Vellebufjellet on Vesterøy. 5 minutes to walk to the nearest beach m. The beach is shallow and very suitable for small children. Fantastic hiking areas in the immediate area. walk to Kuvauen, Guttormsvauen, Papperhavn. The cabin has nice grounds with a garden and forest around. Borrow hammocks, kayaks and paddleboards. Very suitable for a family with children. We use the cabin quite a bit ourselves. Rents on request from May-October.
