We rent out our annex to quiet people who want to visit Skjærhalden, with its charm and beautiful natural surroundings. With proximity to the sea and Skjærhalden's facilities, you can enjoy Hvaler in all its splendor and charm. The proximity to the Skjærhalden town square means that you can stroll down to the hustle and bustle now that the seaside season is starting again for Easter. The annex is located on a residential plot, with its own patio and barbecue/outdoor furniture. Suitable for quiet people; no smoking or parties.

Experience a unique cottage plot of over 1300 sqm on Hvaler. Enjoy the sun right by the water, whether you want to sit on the terrace, the jetty or the beach. Explore the surrounding area by water and on foot in the beautiful surroundings. Kayaks, paddleboards (SUP) and rowboats are available for guests. Play volleyball on your own beach, eat out in one of the dining areas, read a book on the jetty or jump from the diving tower and swim a lap. "Bua" in maritime surroundings!

Welcome to "the cabin" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy little cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of the boat life. The house is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who vacation in their boats. There are swimming facilities on site with a swimming ladder at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. Relax with family or friends at this wonderful cabin on Søndre Sandøy. Sunny cabin + annex. Amazing view! The wonderful island of Søndre Sandøy is a 15-minute ferry ride from Skjærhalden. The cabin is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, about a 20-minute walk away, which offers a fantastic view of the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sunlight from morning to evening. In the cabin, there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, and in the annex, there are 4-6 beds.

Cozy 3 bedroom cabin on Spjærøy.

Large living room with open-plan kitchen. Very sunny and sheltered. Parking on the property. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. There is no running water at the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled by rain. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sandpit, private tree house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels.

The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, town and approx. 30 min from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Cosy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. Bryggerhuset is part of an old small farm, and the hosts live in the main house. Here you can enjoy quiet and calm days in the garden, or take a walk to the sea. Both Spjærekilen with good swimming opportunities and Kjellvika are within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or explore Hvaler, this is a great base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that are partly free-range.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
