Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand marina! Bua is a lovely little cabin located at Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. It's quiet and peaceful here, and at the same time you get a taste of boating life. Bua is located next to the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who are on holiday in their boats. There are swimming facilities on site with swimming steps at the end of the boat jetty. The surroundings consist of a lot of beautiful nature with forests, trails and mountains. Relax with family or friends at this wonderful cabin on Søndre Sandøy. Sunny cabin + annex. Amazing view! The wonderful island of Søndre Sandøy is a 15-minute ferry ride from Skjærhalden. The cabin is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, about a 20-minute walk away, which offers a fantastic view of the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sunlight from morning to evening. In the cabin, there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, and in the annex, there are 4-6 beds.

Cozy 3 bedroom cabin on Spjærøy.

Large living room with open-plan kitchen. Very sunny and sheltered. Parking on the property. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. There is no running water at the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled by rain. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sandpit, private tree house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels.

The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, town and approx. 30 min from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

Holiday apartment by the lake, Hvaler

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

Cosy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. Bryggerhuset is part of an old small farm, and the hosts live in the main house. Here you can enjoy quiet and calm days in the garden, or take a walk to the sea. Both Spjærekilen with good swimming opportunities and Kjellvika are within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or explore Hvaler, this is a great base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that are partly free-range.

Seaside cabin with a large jetty

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
