Comfortable, clean and cosy cottage with spacious and beautiful gardens in surrounding countryside! A home from home, everything you need for a family holiday, the tree swing was a particular favourite of my son and not forgetting the tennis court! Our Labrador also loved the outdoor space. So peaceful and tranquil, highly recommend!

We cannot recommend this cottage highly enough. Abi was a very friendly, helpful and responsive host who checked in with us upon our arrival and gave us any info we required. Upon arrival we found not only tea, coffee, milk and juice but a lovely chocolate cake to welcome us. The cottage was immaculately clean throughout and the kitchen really well equipped. The surrounding area is so peaceful and the wildlife lovely to see. Also the bed was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. The local pub is also good for a well priced home cooked meal. Thank you Abi, if we are holidaying up that way again, we would definitely book the cottage again.

Great location well situated for Scarborough and Filey. Accommodation good standard well equipped quiet and private. Good pub, shop and fish and chip shop in the village. Hope to book again next year next year.

Lovely peaceful place for us to stay with our three dogs for New Year. A lovely setting with so much green space. Kate was a great host with local knowledge and recommendations. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay.
