Amazing large pristine heated pool, country views

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Located up the private drive of Halton Shaws is the former Coach House, Wych House. Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. In 2019 the Nelson family moved in and set about renovating this beautiful Victorian property. Separate from the main house and accessed through the double garage doors is Wee Wych. This immaculately finished annexe is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite.

Located at the foot of the South Downs, the contemporary annexe sits adjacent to our Grade II listed cottage. Whilst completely independent of our house (separate access and a small private patio) the French doors do look across the garden to our cottage. Superbly situated for walkers, cyclists and exploring the highlights of the area - beautiful villages, wineries, historic houses & gardens, or simply for a break. Easily accessible for Brighton, the south coast and trips to London.

Great village location beside the South Downs

In a recently built house, this peaceful and centrally-located apartment is the perfect location for walking, cycling the South Downs Way or exploring all that this area has to offer. Brighton is just a few stops away by train or bus or head north for direct trains to London, Gatwick Airport or Cambridge. Hurstpierpoint village centre is within easy walking distance, with shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, but everything is here if you prefer to cook at home and soak up the views.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There is Wifi and there are basic cooking facilities, with a single electric hob, microwave and fridge. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.)
