Monthly Rentals in Howdenvale

Hello! We stayed two days in the house. It was really very nice. We liked everything: the cleanliness of the house, the sauna and the hot tub. Also very beautiful and well-groomed area near the house (we could not enjoy it to the fullest because it was raining). Not far away you can go to the lake and go kayaking. Also a special thanks to Josie, who quickly answered any questions and helped us with everything. If you want to relax in a quiet and cozy place, then welcome to the Morhaven!!!

We had an amazing stay! It was our second time staying and everything was perfect. It’s a cozy cottage with an at-home feel. Set the pilot light in the gas fireplace for us and let me know in advance, and offered to come pick up chairs after a windstorm the night before our stay. Very lovely host with a very speedy response time and a wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay at Grey Bruce Cottages! The property is beautifully maintained and set in a truly scenic location — peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. Everything was clean and well cared for, which made settling in really easy. We especially enjoyed spending evenings by the fireplace — it added such a cozy touch to our trip. The hosts were responsive and kind throughout, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a quiet, well-kept retreat. Looking forward to coming back again!

Julie was a great host—accommodating, responsive, and kindly shared local recommendations. She adjusted our check-in time, which made it possible for us to start our hike at Lion’s Head Park early. The place was exactly as described, easy to find, and in a great location right by the grocery store & town centre. It was spacious (with generously sized bedrooms), clean, and perfect for our group to relax. Special mention that our group noticed there was excellent water pressure! Highly recommend staying here.
