Jen’s Cozy Cottage & Cabins

KelseyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I arranged a fall weekend away with a group of lifelong friends who are busy with young kids, successful careers, holding together the life they're building and this location couldn't have been more perfect for us. Jennifer was an incredible host. She was responsive and ensured we were looked after to the fullest extent. This location had EVERY. SINGLE. detail nailed down, thought of and provided. We enjoyed it so much and left feeling refreshed, rested and recharged.

Nearra-Lee and Pedro were extremely accessible, proactive communicators, friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. The place had a great layout that brought our family together. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the dogs loved the large, fenced backyard.

Sauble Shores Cottage

LynnRating, 5 stars4 months ago
A perfect beach cottage! Great beds. Big kitchen so everyone could help with food prep and cleanup. Lovely, secluded outdoor area - we are all our meals outdoors. Close to the beach, so we could easily go back and forth. Note that the restaurants in town are not great - expensive and mostly hamburgers. There’s a grocery store though, and a good barbecue at the cottage.

The Lake House

SharonRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We really loved our time at this cottage. The cottage was the perfect size and well kept. The deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck. The view was spectacular. It was so peaceful and the area was beautiful. We really enjoyed canoeing on the lake without worry about motor boats. There was lots of wildlife around which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this cottage!

Lands End: Private Waterfront Refuge

AnnRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Truly a magical place. Tucked way, surrounded by nature. The scent of the pines, the sound of the waves crashing from Lake Huron. A wide open star filled sky. Exploration abounds. Incredible design both inside & out. Cozy beds, soft linens that you melt into. A kitchen well stocked to cook wonderful meals to share. You can get fresh groceries only a few miles up the road. Many day excursions and experiences to be had. Great hiking; swimming, snorkeling, diving, biking, bouldering etc.. And get back in time for incredible sunsets. This home is intriguing, nature immersing and lovely. We will be back sooner than later. Thank you Robyn & Family. Ann & Ed

Rustic Lakeview Cottage, steps to the beach!

JaniceRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really enjoyed our stay. Sergio and Dianne’s place was very warm and inviting. Dianne had taken the time to put up a Christmas tree for us which was not expected but very much appreciated. It was a very nice place to spend our Christmas holiday. We hope to come back in the summer sometime.

Beautiful Lake Front Cottage

JennyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had a great long weekend stay! We loved the property and the outdoor seating area was fabulous, with a nice unobstructed view of the water. As previous guests mentioned, the waterfront is rocky and you need to walk to find a swimming spot, but this was only a quick walk away. The bathroom is clean and fresh, and great indoor family room seating as well. We were travelling with our bigger kids (ages 17-21) so the sleeping arrangements were a little tight. I would recommend a blow-up mattress as the pullout was fairly worn, but smaller kids may be easier to accommodate. There is a newer paved bike path beside the main road the takes you right into Kincardine which was amazing! We loved the sunsets from this property and there was lots of sand on the beach for lounging and the yard was plenty big enough for bocce ball! Weather was hot but lots of fans were provided inside that kept us comfortable. A great stay!

Home away from home!

JoyceRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Place was great, spacious living room and kitchen for a group of 6. Instructions were clear, clean place with comfortable beds. There was a basement tenant that you could hear a few times in the evening but otherwise wasn't a problem. It is a reliable option if ever in the lion heads area, I'd book again.

My family and I adored Ruth’s place. It was perfect for our family of 4. Convenient location to both the beach and the town. Kettle Creek Cabin

AdamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A small group of us (6) stayed at Emily's place for 2 nights while snowmobile in the area. It's a beautiful old farmhouse with many updates and excellent hosts that are on top of supplies and anything you may need for your stay. I've traveled all over Canada and the U.S and stayed at over 30 different Airbnb's, Emily's place stands out as possibly the best equipped yet! It's a great area to get away from the city. Close by but felt like a different world. You won't regret booking here!

Magical Georgian Bay getaway

ShannonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lisa was a wonderful, communicative host. She was proactive and apologetic in letting us know of minor issues from previous guests that did not impact our stay. The house was gorgeous, and we all commented on how obvious it was that it's a home that is cared for and that a lot of attention to detail was made. We did drive past the house and had to circle back to find it, but we also arrived after dark so easy to miss. Lots of sleeping accommodations, heated bathroom floors, and beautiful kitchen. Excellent value for money and would absolutely return to this cozy home!

Lake Huron waterfront year around cottage

ScottRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Lynda and Greg have done a beautiful build! Utterly exquisite on Lake Huron! Their home is well maintained, loved and you should make sure that you enjoy and respect that. PS try to help out watering the potted plants around the property if needed... they are a great component and add some fun to your visit! Being from Michigan, US... we know that you need to be versatile and adapt to change. While weather always plays apart, make sure you have alternate plans hikes, diving for when the boat ride gets canceled.... What we do as an alternate is to go to a Beach or picinic, or explore Stokes Bay or York surroundings. A better idea, enjoy the property your staying in... I'm always forever getting into trouble... lol. You will be in great company with Lynda and Greg! Thank you for having my family! 😊
