Family-friendly holiday rentals in Hovborg

A very nice, spacious and cozy apartment. The sauna gets hot quickly and is also well suited for tall people. A beautiful place on the North Sea with many possible excursion destinations on the coast and the islands.

The house is a real gem and corresponds 100% to the photos. Great location. The beach is within walking distance and stunning. The free use of the swimming pool was also great.

What a beautiful stay on this renovated farm and stable from the early 1900’s. Very peaceful and serine with breathtaking sunsets. The whole family enjoyed the hammock swing indoors as well as the cats and duck on the property. Michael was an extremely gracious host and made us feel like family right from the start. We even got a private tour on his Morgan around the neighborhood.

Perfect stop on the way to Frederikshavn. Had a garage for our motorcycles. Beautiful surroundings. Movie theater was also nice. Overall great host.

We had a really good stay at Lene's. Beautiful home with plenty of space for all of us: we were 2 adults and 4 children aged 1, 5, 8 and 13. We were particularly happy to be able to go down to the beach and swim in a few minutes. For the hot tub and sauna, which worked perfectly (Lene had made good and precise instructions for use). Everything you need in the kitchen. Nice and clean everywhere. Enclosed garden where children can play safely and well. Very welcoming and responsive host, who among other things gave tips to visit the fish house. We'd love to come back another time.

Simply fantastic - it leaves nothing to be desired. We had a fantastic stay at Hanne's and we really didn't miss anything. The house is simply beautiful, super located (a stone's throw over the dunes to the sea) with a great garden including fireplace. The interior is also very appealing and everything is super clean - we felt immediately comfortable! The welcome package (fruit, wine and sweets) was the lovely "icing on the cake" - in summary: absolutely recommended!!!

From the first moment, we were greeted with warmth and kindness - two incredibly sweet and welcoming people who really make you feel at home. The home is nice, clean and cozy. It has everything you need. The hospitality is absolutely top notch, and we felt really welcome throughout the stay and the service was absolutely extraordinary. A spacious , comfortable home with a very well-equipped kitchen and a nice interior . Bedrooms with too much personal items. A large deck, comfortably nicely decorated to invite you to an intimate getaway . Extremely quietly located home , right on the dunes . Easy access to shops , restaurants and bike rentals.

There were four of us + toddler in Stephan's accommodation and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is beautiful and quiet, absolutely sparkling clean and incredibly well equipped. This is where you can only feel comfortable!

The finest house with so many beautiful details. The living room is so cozy to stay in, to sit on the sofa with a book while the rain drums on the skylight windows is fantastic 😁 Water, walking street and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The children loved the TV in the room, the playground of the industrial 🤩 museum and the prison. All in all a fantastic place that we will miss. And Pia is a fantastic host!

Lissie and Jan are great hosts. Very friendly, helpful, open minded and lovely people. We really appreciated our stay in their cottage and can highly recommend it!

phenomenal!! Great location, great view and Steffen has really thought of everything. a fully equipped kitchen, many games, cushions for the seats outside, fire bowl, mini-boats and and and... a really great property, which looks much smaller and less stunning in the pictures than it actually is. we were overwhelmed! thank you for the great holiday

Dagmar's apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious and quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and the amenities are perfect. The terrace with table and chairs as well as beach chair is also nice. The fenced garden was great, especially for the dog. The stairs to the bedrooms on the 1st floor are quite steep. Not a problem for us and our dog...but you should know. It's a bit far from the centre of Westerland, but we knew that. The forest within walking distance is very convenient and beautiful for walking. Dagmar was always easy to reach with questions and responded quickly. All in all a highly recommended place to stay. We felt very comfortable and would come back!! A big thank you to Dagmar! 🙏

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and were very satisfied again. It is super centrally located and is very nicely furnished. Nothing is missing.

We were there last year and were not disappointed again this year. It is very homely and cozy. Since we were there in the low season, it was also quiet, which we enjoyed very much. We'll be back for sure.

really nice summerhouse, well decorated and nice that you can see Gudenåen by just walking a few meters away from the house. very fun with mini golf and badminton. highly recommended for 2-3 couples as well as children.

The apartment is nicely located in a cul-de-sac, ideal if the dog has to get out, you are right in the Feldmark. Swimming pool and sauna(small but good and quick to use) are a pleasant goodie. For people who have to climb stairs, a little difficult, but irrelevant to us. Nice bathroom, cozy beds.

Our first Airbnb home. We were positively surprised, everything was as described and the host Bjørn was very friendly and responded quickly and responded quickly. Perfect for families. We were comfortable. Thank you :)

An absolutely cozy apartment that is perfect base for exploring this beautiful island. Cafes, shopping and the sea are close by. The parking space right in front of the door makes it easier to unload luggage and communication worked very well. I'm sure we'll be back.
