A very clean and comfortable apartment, very well-equipped, nothing missing, both in dishes and kitchen utensils. Everything is designed for a perfect stay. Exceptional location, beach, sea, shops and restaurants nearby. A 2-story duplex apartment with the living room and balcony with splendid sea views and beautiful sunsets, and the side bedroom is with views of the inland. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable – every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Annie was a great and helpful host. The location is perfect: central, close to shops and the market, and just steps from the beach with a sea view from the balcony. We’d love to come back in summer to enjoy it even more. Highly recommended!

The rental is quiet, not overlooked, and in a good location. The accommodation is very functional, where everything is available (sheets, household products, bathrooms...). Nothing is missing. The owners are responsive.

Sandrine is very accommodating with check-in and check-out times and the layout of a lockbox helps with flexibility In addition to a very neat layout, the accommodation has a terrace whose comfort and privacy we enjoyed. if she wants us, we'll come back, even as a couple.

Thanks for the nice quiet accommodation and the super nice communication! Especially the location so close to the sea was wonderful. Amenities nothing to complain about, a high chair would still be luxury, but we always take ours anyway. The apartment is great for families with small children. In April something, a little bit of sunshine came into the apartment and the garden in the back when we imagined, but in summer certainly much brighter and you are also happy about cooling shade! In any case, the place is highly recommended!

Everything is perfect, for both adults and children! The house is over-equipped, you can come here without a second thought. There were 6 of us, including 4 children (and 2 babies). No problem, the house is secure and everything is available for a pleasant stay. Location point of view: close to shops, close to the market, close to bars, close to restaurants, close to ice cream, close to the beach, in short... close to everything!!! And if you're lucky enough to have a sunny period, it's close to perfection. Clearly, we loved it!

We had a nice welcome and were able to access the house earlier than expected. Christine took the time to show us the house. She also gave us a lot of tips on the must-sees of this beautiful region. The house is very pleasant to stay in, with character, the pine trees around contribute to it. The close access to the beach is very nice and it's very easy to park Cycling is a plus in and around Soulac.

We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's who allowed us to discover the surroundings thanks to their very relevant advice. Small downside about the situation on the ground floor of the apartment, which takes away a little of the interest from the terrace ,adjoining on each side...

A great apartment, very well located 5 minutes from the sea but also from the Zoo! Multiple points of restorations and supplies. Private parking is really a stress less during the holidays! For sure, we'll be back!!
