La maison est située à Hourtin Port, dans la résidence de tourisme du lac, au milieu d'un parc clos et arboré. Elle a été entièrement refaite à neuf pour vous proposer une prestation de qualité. De plein pied, la surface est de 40m2. Une grande baie vitrée donne directement sur la terrasse à l'ombre des chênes (mobilier de jardin et parasol). La résidence est clôturée, la piscine ouverte: 15 juin /30 septembre, aire de jeux pour enfants, boulodrome, salle de sport, BBQ, table de ping pong.

Recently renovated, the house offers comfort and practicality (air conditioning) both indoors and outdoors. The 80 m2 wooden terrace allows several tanning and/or nap spots. During the summer a nice bathtub is set up outside and will allow you to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach!!

This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

Hourtin Beach/Port, Carcans Beach, Maubuisson, and Lacanau Ocean. The house offers a beautiful bright living room, open to an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.

This family property has an extraordinary view of the Arcachon Basin, its location in a dominant position gives your cabin a sense of exclusivity and well-being.
