"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Modern 88 sqm house with private swimming pool set in fenced garden of 7 ares situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town of Hourtin. Large terrace around pool with garden furniture and BBQ. Satellite TV, DVD, Wi-fi internet. The pool is not heated and usually in use from 1 May until 30 September (for 2024 it will be from 1 May but can, by arrangement be kept open later than 30 September even if chilly). Baby & Pet friendly. All on one level but not suitable for wheelchairs.

You will be only 15 to 20 minutes by car from the ocean and its beautiful beaches. Housing not suitable for electric vehicles

Upstairs, a bedroom. Quiet, fenced, wooded residence with small pools + large pool (accessible June 15), gym, boulodrome children's play area barbecues indoor parking secured by a code gate. You have at your disposal garden furniture, deckchairs and an umbrella.

Nice new T2 between lake and ocean

Friends from all over the world, we are delighted to welcome you to our new and air-conditioned T2 type accommodation of 30m2, located on a quiet little street without vis-à-vis. Located 600 m from Lake Hourtin, its beach and the city center, our accommodation is also 10 min from the ocean. It is a cozy little nest ideal for a couple with or without children, composed of a 160 bed and a 2 seater sofa bed. Outside, you'll enjoy two unobstructed wooden terraces.
