Amis du monde entier, nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans notre logement T2 climatisé de 30m2, situé dans une petite rue calme, le logement est sur notre parcelle, complètement indépendant et autonome, sans vis-à-vis. A 500 m du lac d’Hourtin, de sa plage et du centre ville, à 10 min de l’océan. C'est un petit nid douillet idéal pour un couple avec ou sans enfants, composé d’un lit en 160 et d’un canapé convertible de 2 places. À l’extérieur, vous profiterez de deux terrasses en bois.

"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Bienvenue à la « Villa Zen » ! Villa de plain-pied pour 8 personnes, avec un grand jardin arboré de 2000 m2 entièrement clos. Nos amis les animaux sont les bienvenus. Le logement, spacieux et agréable, est situé dans un quartier calme, à 500 mètres environ de la place de l’église. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Pistes cyclables à 50 mètres. Plage surveillée du lac d’Hourtin et « île aux enfants » à 5 minutes en voiture. Possibilité de stationner 4 véhicules dans le jardin. WIFI haut débit.

Modern 88 sqm house with private swimming pool set in fenced garden of 7 ares situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town of Hourtin. Large terrace around pool with garden furniture and BBQ. Satellite TV, DVD, Wi-fi internet. The pool is not heated and usually in use from 1 May until 30 September (for 2024 it will be from 1 May but can, by arrangement be kept open later than 30 September even if chilly). Baby & Pet friendly. All on one level but not suitable for wheelchairs.

During the summer a nice bathtub is set up outside and will allow you to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach!!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a small, very quiet hamlet near Saint Laurent Médoc in the heart of the Médoc forest. We welcome you to a 1730 stone house with lots of charm. Composed of two bedrooms upstairs, a very spacious master bedroom with shower room! On the ground floor an entrance, toilet, shower, cellar, fully equipped kitchen dining room. Jacuzzi is available as an extra and upon reservation!

The building has just been completely redone in the style of the fishermen's houses of Piqueyrot. The three bedrooms as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen all overlook the lake. The Piqueyrot neighborhood is both spectacular and very family-friendly. It will be suitable for contemplatives as well as sportsmen.
