"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Amis du monde entier, nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans notre logement de type T2 climatisé de 30m2, situé dans une petite rue calme et sans vis-à-vis. Situé à 600 m du lac d’Hourtin, de sa plage et du centre-ville, notre logement est également à 10 min de l’océan. C'est un petit nid douillet idéal pour un couple avec ou sans enfants, composé d’un lit en 160 et d’un canapé convertible de 2 places. À l’extérieur, vous profiterez de deux terrasses en bois sans vis-à-vis.

50 Min from Bordeaux, in the middle of natural landscapes, lake and ocean, is our beautiful vacation home, facing the pine forest, close to bike path and beach. Hourtin Beach/Port, Carcans Beach, Maubuisson, and Lacanau Ocean. The house offers a beautiful bright living room, open to an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.

In Hourtin-Plage, a few steps from the ocean and close to the bike paths, shops and restaurants of this small seaside resort renowned for surfing, La Villa Bikini, a charming wooden house completely renovated and tastefully decorated will enchant you :) Our guests will have free access to the brand new 9000 m2 water park, Aqua Pirate, lagoon, slides, hot tub... located within the 5* campsite 150 m from the house. (Open mid/end May to mid-September).

Outside you will enjoy the shaded terrace, not overlooked, overlooking oaks, a small passage loved by our deer friends at night...

"Villa Bagus" Wooden house with private pool

The "Villa Bagus" is a beautiful 120 m2 single-storey wooden house with a 6 m x 4 m private pool secured by a roller shutter. (Unheated pool, functional from April to September). It is located in the heart of the Village of Hourtin on the lake road, in the first row and only 10 minutes from the splendid Océane beach. This Atlantic Coast seaside resort, renowned for surfing, is perfect for family vacations surrounded by nature.

Charming house 200 m from the ocean

T4 type house, single story 200 m from the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, etc.), 3 bedrooms with double beds and dressing room in each, large living room with sofa + TV, the terrace accessories are winterized and therefore less accessible from November to April. Capacity for 6 people. Perfect for vacations with family or friends!

HOURTIN Bourg Maison T3 completely renovated in 2020, 65 m2 with a 600 m2 enclosed garden close to shops. The house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with sheets (maximum 5 people with baby), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. No pets allowed in this non-smoking house. I'll give you the key. 30 euros cleaning fee, for those who don't want to do the cleaning.

Just renovated, this apartment has exceptional views of the lake and harbor. It is a 5-minute walk from the Île aux Enfants. Two beaches are at the foot of the residence and the ocean is a 10-minute drive away. It is located on the port square where there are restaurants, bar, bakery. In the peak season, the square is lively and bustling: concerts, shows, markets, etc. There is no TV in the apartment.
