The private courtyard faces southwest. Half of it is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with the DR app and Chromecast. There are several free parking spaces within a short walking distance, see under the item “More about the area”.

Start the day with coffee on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord. Take a walk in the garden, where there are two small lakes and lots of nature to explore. Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers beautiful walks along the water all year round. In less than 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes and some of the area's ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

2 bedroom charming and very cozy apartment on the 4th floor in the heart of Aarhus, in the middle of the island streets with the most beautiful view of all of Aarhus. Shops, cafes, botanical garden, forest and beach within a radius of 500 meters. In the apartment, there is a cozy kitchen and a combined living room/bedroom. The bed is 140 cm wide. Private room on the 5th floor without access. There is TV and WiFi. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person who wants to experience Aarhus within walking distance.

Beautiful apartment in Middelfart near a lovely beach

We have a lovely apartment in connection with our farm, close to Vejlby Fed beach. It is 60 m2 and has a kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 smaller children. Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of DKK 300 or 40 euros. Please note that if it is hard frost, the wilderness bath is not available. A light cleaning is desired upon departure. If guests don't want to clean themselves, they can choose to pay a cleaning fee of DKK 400.

The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Der er to enkeltsenge i hovedsoveværelset, og mulighed for ekstra sovepladser i stuen (sovesofa, gæsteseng eller gulvmadras). I det hyggelige “sommersoveværelse” er der to enkeltsenge (uden varme). In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.

In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
