Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

The home consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor of the manager's residence for Hårby Dairy. Private entrance and free parking. The house is built in 1905, there are hardwood floors and high ceilings in every room. Bedroom with double bed and space for cot - Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa bed with 2 sleeping places, TV, wifi, books and games - Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, - Bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle, washing machine. Outdoor fenced space with dining area and grill.

The home is located in a scenic area, only 8.3 km (about 20 minutes by car) from Aarhus C. In addition, close to Skejby Hospital, close to bus connections and the light rail.

While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 -80x200 and 2-90x200 elevation bed, a living room, bathroom with washing machine , dryer, kitchen with dishwasher , fridge , freezer, airfryer, microwave and oven. The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

Our house is located very close (100 m ) to the river "Gudenaaen", and the oak tree forrest. You will love our house, because of the location, and the outdoor areas. The room is a good choise for couples (+ one small child ), fishermen, tourists and business travelers.
