Holiday rentals with a sauna in Hordaland

We had a lovely stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from things in Øystese. The sauna overlooking the fjord is amazing.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is tranquil, the home is cozy and clean, the beds were comfortable. The sauna was a great bonus. We found nice hiking nearby - it was beautiful and peaceful.

Very good stay, very nice accommodation. Too bad there is no kitchen but we were able to use the barbecue with the nice weather we had.

If you want to stay in this accommodation, you'll need a car since it's quite far from the city. The natural surrounding is really calming and a small balcony was perfect for admiring it. The apartment was equipped exceptionally, especially the kitchen, and with 8 people there it was handy. Thanks for your hospitality, Hilde Marie!

I absolutely cannot say enough about the hosts, they were lovely. They were helpful, proactive, but also very responsive. The place was spotless when I walked in which made it easy for me to leave it that way.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Bergen, the tram into the city centre runs from outside the building. The supermarket and bakery in the same building means you don’t have to go looking.

I had a wonderful time in these apartments! Rating 11/10 👌. The neighborhood is very cozy and calm, yet conveniently close to many attractions. The house itself is clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly friendly and positive, providing lots of useful information about local sights 🖤. It was a fantastic time, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I recommend it to everyone! 👌

We had a very nice stay in Ares apartment. From living room/kitchen there is an amazing view to Smedsa Strait and aleen up towards Our Saviour's Church. Here you can sit in the window all day and watch boats that slip quietly past. The apartment is stylishly decorated, and was sparkling clean. Very good beds and a quiet neighborhood made the nights good. I will definitely try to book this apartment if I am going back to Haugesund in the future.

We had a great stay. Ideal location for us to visit Voss and Myrkdalen ski areas but also on the main routes to explore further in to the fjords. Apartment as described and handy having a pool for the couple of rainy days we experienced! Very responsive host who was a quick message away if we needed anything! Will def stay again if back in the area!

Wonderful stay here. The view from the house and porch outside was beautiful. The home itself was clean and welcoming. Location was perfect for us looking for quiet, picturesque stay as a jumping off point for activities in the surrounding Naeroyfjory and Flam area about an hour away (but certainly many things to do closer to home in the Voss area about 10-20 minutes away).

Very nice private place on the Norwegian fjords, city centre easy accessible by car. Perfect place looking for those who appreciate quietness !

A very nice and quiet house. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the view from the living room very much. The sunsets were great. Sufficient for 6 persons. Definitely a plus that there are 2 bathrooms, so you could divide yourself well. Great sauna with a beautiful view of nature. We highly recommend the place and would be happy to come back. Great location and very nice surrounding. There were odd flies inside the property but it is end of summer and it is in the nature. Lovely Jacuzzi and sauna.

Ingers and Knuts place was just wonderful, the fjord in front of us, kajaks to be rent for free, swimming directly from the house, incredible views, a very kind and hospitable host, a easy accessible sauna, fishing ropes, bicycles, just everything what we needed. Knut welcomed us, showed us around and he and his wife were just always available when we needed something. And the wooden house with its details was just wonderful to live in for a week. We would love to come back!! Thank you so much.

Absolutely beautiful home with an unbelievable view of Bergen. A perfect place to stay. I’d give it more than five stars if possible. Quiet, comfortable, stylish, everything we could have hoped for. Cannot recommend highly enough. Added bonus: Alaska the cat was a family favorite for snuggles and general good vibes.
