Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Salt baths and all amenities

It offers all the amenities you would want from a modern home such as a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The house was built in 2022 and from the patio and loft you can see the sea. Place to sit and eat both inside and outside, even the possibility to barbecue. In a few minutes on foot, you are down and diving into the sea. On the entrance level, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and in the loft, there are 4 mattresses (80 cm). Parking space at Framnäs (Björkö) is available to borrow when you rent this accommodation.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

Small cottage with fully equipped kitchen and day bed for two. The cottage has a patio with barbecue facilities and patio furniture. We also have bikes to lend. The cottage is a three minute walk from the nearest grocery store (Hemköp). Walk a few meters to Klåva harbour where there are shopping opportunities and a good selection of restaurants and cafés. The cottage is located 3 minutes bicycle path to a beach where there is jetty, beach and cliffs. Hönö offers several beautiful bathing areas around the entire island.

Walking distance to grocery store, bus stop and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön Tjörn offers everything from beautiful nature, swimming, fishing, paddling, hiking to art and restaurants.

Attefallshus on Hisingen with 7-8 beds. In winter, however, we limit the number of places to 4, because there is no dining area indoors. One bedroom with a 120 cm bed. Sofa bed for 2 people in the living room and a sleeping loft with 1 120 cm bed and 2 80 cm beds In the kitchen there are 2 hotplates, combi oven, dishwasher and fridge. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, combined washing machine/dryer. Patio with 2 tables with 8 chairs. 1 reserved parking space, about 8 meters.

Avnjut en god frukost eller ett avslappnande bad omgiven av vacker naturen. Stugan ligger bokstavligen där Vrångös naturreservat börjar. Stugan är designad för en rogivande vistelse nära naturen och den idylliska skärgårdsmiljön, oavsett vilken årstid det är.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Nybyggt, hus på 25 m2 beläget i Landvetter. Skyddat läge på tomt. Ligger med närhet till natur samtidigt som det är gångavstånd till busshållplats där buss X6 tar dig till Korsvägen Gbg, på 17 minuter. Till flygplatsen tar det 10 minuter med bil. Huset har ett sovrum med en säng. Gemensamt utrymme med bäddsoffa. Samt lågt loft med en bädd.
