In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. In nur ca. 3 Gehminuten befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung an die lebhaft stürmische Küste, sowie in die Innenstadt. Ebenso erreichst Du bequem zu Fuß einen Supermarkt (Netto). Du kannst auch in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad mitten in der Innenstadt sein. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt zum entspannen ein.

Welcome to our house by the sea! A cute little house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the dike and the Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with organic infrared heating, and we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable in other ways as well. Through the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and enjoy a wide view across the field. Everything is wonderfully relaxing.

You'll never want to leave this charming tent. The tent is fully furnished, a full kitchen and a "big green egg" to prepare the most delicious meals. If you don't feel like cooking at the end of your day, I'd be happy to do it for you! I also want to make breakfast for you while you enjoy the morning sun and the chirping of the birds. There is a shower and toilet in the farmhouse 20 steps away for your own use.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

The bookable

The Buchbar is bookable and is an original Mongolian yurt that stands in a 2000-square-meter natural garden. It immediately takes the guest to another distant world and lets him sleep, as in a palace from 1001 and a night. In the book bar there are approx. 200 picture books for the little guests and a substantial book box for adults to browse, view and read and to borrow.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. Meanwhile, we also rent it to holiday guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sandy beach or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
