Hof Seewind vacation apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

It offers three stylish apartments — Ebbe and Flut (50 m² each) and a spacious former artist’s residence (130 m²). Each apartment features elegant design, modern comfort, and a warm, cozy atmosphere. Centrally located in East Frisia, you’re just steps from cafés, restaurants, culture, and close to the North Sea. Perfect for a romantic getaway or relaxing retreat.

The apartment in the middle building of the house offers enough space for 4-5 people with approx. 90 square meters. A cozy and spacious living-dining area with fireplace invites you to relax and linger. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with shower. The terrace overlooking the garden offers the possibility for sunbathing. In the evening you can experience a fantastically beautiful sunset here. Wi-Fi and a parking space.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

"FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

From the top floor of a stylish building in the immediate vicinity of the Hunte, the apartment offers a view of the river and the entire harbor district and space for up to five people. The roof terrace invites you to enjoy the end of the day, the first coffee or simply the sunset. The old town of Oldenburg is a short walk away. We offer an underground parking space.

You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Welcome to our fisherman's house. Completely renovated in 2023, this beautiful domicile belongs to our small (house) family on the North Sea. During the renovation, we paid great attention to space, clear lines and sustainability. For example, heating is provided with bio-infrared heating. This, 2023 The rooms are modern, bright and cozy. The small garden is completely fenced and the covered terrace invites you to linger.

A warm "Moin" from beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea! The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" of Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.
