Es besticht durch seine Möblierung im Vintage-Stil und verfügt eine Küche mit Esstisch und Kamin, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kabelfernseher und Schlafsofa, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 20 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.

The apartment with a bright living room is super central near the Mundsburg underground station, opposite the Mundsburg Tower. It has been newly renovated, is furnished to a high standard and has a modern style. Directly on site are many cafes & restaurants, bars, shops and cinema It's barely a 15-minute walk to the Alster. Washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the basement. Check-in is uncomplicated. You get a code for the front door and the apartment.

Apartments A7 are just off the A7 motorway (exit Heimfeld). In addition to the good transport connections (A7 and A1), there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance. This includes the fast food restaurants (Burger King & Mc Donnalds), as well as the Aldi and Lidl supermarket chains. A gas station with a 24 H service can be found as a direct neighbor of our apartments. The bus stop "Moorstieg" (141) is just 100 meters from our building.
