Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Hamburg gem in a prime location with a private small garden

Feel at home when traveling. The renovated bright 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg with 95 square meters in a representative old building from 1896, in one of the best residential areas in Hamburg. The apartment is centrally located and quiet and suitable for up to 4 people. The Alster can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, with its numerous parks along the shore. The city center, the exhibition halls and the convention center can also be reached in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the immediate vicinity, to numerous cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Every Tuesday and Friday the well-known Isemarkt takes place in Harvestehude, where you can have a great breakfast, eat fish rolls or be seduced by regional delicacies.

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden.
