My friend and I traveled to LA for Father's day - both of our Dads passed away last summer - we wanted to honor them by attending a baseball game. We felt right at home at Davi's house! It had everything we needed and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do & the views! Amazing! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing. The house is a peaceful oasis, but only a few minutes walk away from amazing stores and restaurant. The house has so much charm and the backyard is just amazing. Denis was so responsive, friendly, and the house manual was one of the best I’ve seen! Perfect spot for a comfy, hip, and relaxing stay in LA.

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Can't reccomend Vincent as host or this place enough. Thanks Vincent.

We had a great stay at Maysa’s place. She was super responsive and everything was as shown in pictures! Keep in mind it is in the hills so getting there requires lots of curves (for non-LA people like me, I had no idea it was so much). I’d recommend though- it was really peaceful and the outdoor area is so nice!

Wonderful house tastefully decorated great views we could see the Hollywood sign from the porch. Great location for Silver Lake and sunset strip bright sunny feel to the house. Well equipped we were super happy with our stay. 5 star

I hadn’t realized it was a landmark home at the time of booking but when I realized it made my trip extra fun! Because of my curly hair, my family used to call me “Cory” so this made some memorable photos. The main reason I selected this listing was the resort like privacy in both the front and back yard. I find many hosts create restricting and unreasonable expectations for guests with dogs, when I asked I was promptly assured it was a welcoming home and he would have tons of space to play without worry. My dog rarely gets opportunities to play and run off leash and this is was really the biggest reason for booking. The large grass, huge trees, and fully covered fences from bushes and trees made even the hottest day a cool relaxing time outside. All amenities are available and in abundance, support was phenomenal and responded to everything wtihing what felt loke only minutes. It is such a cool home and I will miss it dearly. I will 10000% book again when I return to the area.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Our family of seven enjoyed this home so much. We had plenty of space, everything was clean. The property is gorgeous. We spent a lot of time playing tennis and pickleball. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are so many different plants and flowers. It felt very secluded and private, there is also a private driveway with a gate. After busy days out and about with the kids, it was so nice to come back and relax, cook, and hang out outside. The hosts were very responsive, always getting back to us quickly when we had a question. We would absolutely love to stay in this home again, our kids are already asking us about it.

This is the most magical place I’ve ever stayed. I literally can’t wait to come back. It’s worth every penny. You will make unforgettable memories here in the pool and overlooking the house and the hills up in the secret little overlook area. The kitchen is fabulous. Beds are so comfy. I don’t have enough space to tell you all the wonderful things about this home! Make sure to pay for the heated pool, it’s WORTH IT!

Where do I start… My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon and had an unforgettable experience. The home is a private hidden gem in Laurel Canyon with stunning views. Lawrence and Ren went above and beyond—stocking the house with snacks and sending a detailed list of local recommendations. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience, which really meant a lot. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every feature was clearly labeled and easy to use. They also provided a thorough guide for all the amenities, which are many: hot tub, pool, projector, hilltop haven, and more. We had a packed itinerary but ended up rearranging plans just to enjoy more time at the house. It felt like home—peaceful, luxurious, and thoughtfully prepared in every way. MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

I can't recommend this property enough! This is my third stay at this tranquil and stunning place, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. This updated property is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere. The jacuzzi and pool are perfect for unwinding and truly enhance your relaxation experience. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with everything from plates and pots to spices and serving dishes. Plus, there's no shortage of entertainment with a variety of games and streaming channels at your fingertips. Nathan and Armando, the incredible hosts, go above and beyond by providing snacks, coffee, a bottle of wine, hard seltzer, beer, and bottled water. They are so thoughtful that if you’ve forgotten something, odds are it’s already stocked in the house! If you find this gem available, don’t hesitate—book it right away! You won’t regret it!

Her sweet pets greeted us warmly, which made the stay even more special. There were no loud noises, no miscommunication—just peace, comfort, and great vibes the entire time. Breanna was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she put into making our stay so enjoyable. Modern villas location in Hollywood hills is the ONLY place I stay when I come to California . Beautiful views great hot tub that actually works unlike a lot of airbnbs open space concept making it easy to flow around. Additionally Bruno is the man he always is ready to help or accommodate . My fav airbnb so far

Incredible location right in the middle of everything you need but extremely tranquil setting. What sets this airbnb apart from many others is the extremely kind and accommodating hosts who were readily available when we had questions or any concerns. Highly recommend with no reservations.

We stayed at Michael’s place because we were taking a family vacation to Universal Studios Hollywood. We found the location to be exactly what we needed. It was just a few minutes away from Universal Studios and on a very private location with breathtaking views! I had a lot of questions prior to booking Michael’s place and he was very responsive and eager to provide help. The communication factor alone made our stay very comfortable, not to mention how beautiful the house is, inside and out! The house is well-equipped with everything you’ll need and it’s centrally located. We also visited Santa Monica Beach while we stayed at Michael’s place and it was a comfortable drive there and back. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend Michael’s place to anyone looking to visit Universal Studios, the local area or simply wants to get away! Will definitely be back! This place is incredible; the structure is so cool, the views and light are out of this world, it's private, somehow spacious and cozy, and has everything you need. Heather made everything super easy and can't recommend the place highly enough. Hope to stay here again soon.
