Amazing. Loved the instructional video. For someone who is a visual learner, I felt seen.

This is a great place to stay! Super clean, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook some of our own meals, and enjoyed a meal out at a local restaurant. We would recommend a stay here to anyone coming to Longbeach!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

This home was wonderful! The location was truly excellent and instructions clear and proactive. I hope to stay here again in my next visit.

From booking and throughout the trip, Mike’s communication was fast and pleasant. His place was exactly as described. Great location, easy to get in and out, and super clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a walking distance to all the Santa Monica Pier Attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful host. My one issue is that the house is one bedroom with a loft upstairs- not a full room. That well may have been explained and I missed it- but- it was an issue for me that it did not have two separate doors. I expressed such to Danny and he worked so well with me and went out of his way- to turn a 3 star moment for me- into a 5 star one. It is a beautiful home in an incredible neighborhood. Walking distance to many good things! Including beach. So smart a home. Well thought out and well stocked. It is expensive- but- you do get what you pay for here. We were lucky to have this host and this home. Thanks so much for having us!

This house is an amazing location and the views are spectacular. The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and my sister in law. We enjoyed the porch and had plenty of room in the living room for family time. The kitchen is a gourmet huge kitchen with nice appliances. The master shower was a spa! 😂 steam shower with three heads. Beautiful views from the master bed when you wake up. Very close to the action and some great restaurants. We would stay here again on our next trip. Loved working with James, he was so responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great Host!

The property was spacious, clean and quiet and just what we were looking for! We were please to see the bathrooms even had bidets. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great property. Close to everything West Hollywood has to offer. Yet you felt secluded in the tree tops with stellar views of downtown LA. Looking forward to coming back.

Great for a short stay. The daybed was comfortable and there was a heater and lots of extra linens in case it got cold. 2 bottles of water were provided and there was coffee, tea and some basic kitchen tools.

Beautiful place in San Gabriel. It’s very close to the mission area of San Gabriel so you can walk there to the food hall for coffee or snacks. Location is close enough to get to the interstate within 5-10 mins. Snacks were present on the table which was a nice touch. The place was clean and very inviting. Check in was easy and the garage was easy to access. We did have an issue with it working so we contacted Rob and he fixed it quickly. He is very responsive when contacted. Check out was easy. I would not hesitate to rent from him again. If you are thinking about it then don’t wait because it will get away from you. The prices were very reasonable as well.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had flight and travel issues, but they were nothing but friendly, helpful, and understanding. Communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive. The space and location were amazing and exactly as described. The place was spotless and stocked with anything you would need. The location is perfect for beach time and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for over a week and loved it! Located a few minute walk away from a grocery store and restaurants, it's also walkable to The Grove and other sites near mid-Wilshire. The apartment itself is clean & modern, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supplies (including oil & spices), cleaning supplies, and same with the bathroom amenities. There were also extra towels and blankets in the roomy walk-in closet, and super convenient having a gym and trash chutes in the building. Also no issues at all with air conditioning/heater and hot water. The hosts were wonderful - responsive, extremely helpful & accommodating when possible. The only setback during the stay (which was out of the hosts' control) was when the building's fire alarm falsely rang 3 separate times - once even at midnight, so hopefully the building fixes this issue soon. Other than that, I always felt safe and would recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home in LA!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Traveled with 2 adults and 1 teenager. Everything was as pictured and instructions were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent accommodation as described by the host. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive to requests such as early check-in Accommodation is very clean and has all the required items to make our stay very comfortable Experienced extreme weather during one of the day and within the following day, the host immediately rectified the reported damage items although these items are located outside the house. Extremely impressed with the host fast responses Will definitely come back to this unit again on my next visit to Alhambra CA

Miguel's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay and Miguel was an attentive, friendly host. There was great communication before our trip with very clear instructions for check-in, which was super easy. Miguel even sent us a message a few days into our stay to ask if everything was OK and if we had any questions. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. Very spacious and beautifully decorated and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with kit for cooking. And we even had dinner on the little balcony one evening when we felt like staying in. There were also nice little touches, such as the air conditioning having been turned on prior to our arrival and there was even some lovely jazz music playing softly in the living room when we got there. Additionally having parking nearby for our car was great, as parking in Long Beach can be tricky. My husband and I are planning another trip to Long Beach next year and hope to book again.
