Very nice network of bike trails. Bicycles, e-bikes and motorbikes can be stored under cover!

This lovingly furnished studio is more than just a place to stay. It is a true home away from home. Abundant natural light and a quiet setting create a warm atmosphere where guests can arrive, unwind, and relax. The apartment is peacefully located in a well maintained residential building and is offered during my world journey to guests who value mindfulness, respect, and unique places. Dogs are very welcome, and sustainable travel is supported with a charging option for electric vehicles.

Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

Our lovingly prepared 80 m² apartment along the Brewery Trail is a place to slow down, breathe, and feel at home after a day outdoors. Whether meeting friends or traveling for work, we look forward to hosting you.

Newly renovated 50 m² apartment for up to 3 people includes kitchen, bathroom, as well as a common sleeping, living and dining area for self-catering. Access to the apartment via a private lockable entrance. Ideal for students, workers and families. Central starting point for cities such as Nuremberg, Bamberg, Würzburg etc. Shopping facilities for everyday needs, a drugstore and restaurants (Italian & Greek, as well as Franconian specialties) are available in the village.

Ideal zum Wandern und Radfahren, separater Eingang, eigene Terrasse, keine Treppe, Parkplatz bzw. Carport, gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbereich, Autobahn in 7 km erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Funpark, Schwimmbad, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Auto- Minuten erreichbar. Auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist vorhanden.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Vacation home in Ahorntal

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

Enjoy a mystical place at the edge of the forest by the fireplace

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farmhouse, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful part of Franconian Switzerland. There are 2 separate apartments in the Engelschanze, but they can also be booked as a single unit for 8–10 people. All guests can use the large garden. It extends into the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.

Vacation home in Tiefenklein

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet location for hiking, cycling, working or just relaxing. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace. The open fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker) offers space for a family or max. four people with a large dining table and an additional sleeping option. The living room is equipped as a passageway to the shower and toilet with a desk and another sofa bed.

Franconian Tuscany

The granny apartment is located in Melkendorf in rural Franconian Tuscany. The idyllic location near the World Heritage city of BAMBERG and FRANCONIAN SWITZERLAND, about 6 km away, offers charming contrasts between city and country. Our smallest gem is located in the attic and can accommodate 2 people. It is beautifully decorated and has a kitchenette in the living/sleeping room, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning. The bed consists of two single beds put together and is 160 cm wide and can accommodate 2 people.
