Our small quiet attic apartment, with 7 x 2 m loggia, is self-contained and only accessible to guests in the rented period.It has been renovated and is located between the margrave city of Bayreuth and the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage city of Bamberg (distance approx. 35 minutes by car) in beautiful Franconian Switzerland. Nearby is the thermal spa Obernsees about 15 km away. In Pottenstein 30 km away is the Devil's Cave as well as other leisure activities.

The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).
